The gifteds are a group of gifted humans who... are gifted. The goveners are the group trying to hunt down the gifteds. Human or animal The preachers are mutated Animal/Humans. Name:GBPA Group:Preachers Current Rank:You probably choose this right? BG: Can use the abilitys of nearby people with abilitys and extremly weak away from them(many meeting may increase it's strength) but if he makes a strong bond he can use them anytime at their full power. Other than that just slightly higher speed, power, endurance and intelligence. Appearance:A boy with spiky brown hair who wears cargo pants(black or camoflauge) and the shirts vary but generally are like fleece or a jacket. Whats going on with me? You've got to help me. I walked past this guy and I started running fast like 10 miles an hour and gaining speed. luckily I stopped... You must know something your a talking bandicoot... Oh no it's happening again I hear mice in that building talking but they arn't talking. *falls covering his ears* OOC: He's not the same GBPA as the ones in other RPs. |

Preacher? You mean those storys are real? So that explains that strange man chasing me when I started speeding... I thought it was just an urban legend about that so this must mean... I geuss I have some power but I don't know what. So whats your ability? |

Name:SHADOW X Group:Preachers Current Rank:Captain of the Shadow Division BG: I have shadow powers enabling me to control shadows and darkness, I also wield the ability to manipulate fire. My appearance is the same as my sig(like dante). Im very fast and agile. I carry with me at all times two Titanium magnums that shoot titanium bullets. And a Blade with shadow powers(called the SHADOW BLADE). Well there is my info. |

I'm ready. I wonder.... If I'm like a sponge or something. I mean I've never been able to hear thoughts before. OOC: are we allowed multiple characters? why no ones a governer yet, and I thought of 2 cool governer characters(you havent heard of either). |

OOC: let's get my 2 ideas out first. Name: Mr. X Group:goveners Current Rank: αßΣΩ division. (it's up to you how high in rank he is like midway low or big boss, I thought mid though also if you can't see alt code it's AlphaBetaSigmaOmega) BG:(few know this)As a 8 year old child he woke up one night in germany (his parents were mainly german, french and russian) and heard a noise he was terrified and ran to his parents bedroom to see them both being murdered brutally by a few (unless his parents were up to something which is unknown) rouge gifteds or preachers. He screamed in pain and anger and there powers failed then the drawers flew out objects hovering and speared the killers he vowed to take revenge and to this day he is determined to hunt down anyone with powers(except possibly his freind). (his powers are to negate peoples powers so they don't have them, or they become normal. and to move things with his mind.) Appearance: Ussually in a buisness suit with hair covering his face just so it instills fear in his enemys. Name:Bird man/ shiko inabuke (shi-ko in-a-buke-ee) Group:Govener Current Rank:Same as Mr. X BG: 20 years ago 2 japanese people in kyoto brought home a boy and named him shiko. he was slightly deformed but doctors said he would grow to be normal as time went it just got worse his nose grew to be over 2 foot long by the age of 11 his feet claw like and his fingers long thin feather like but as sharp as a katana. The children pointed and laughed saying he was reminicent of a tengu, he just wanted freinds, one day some bullys came and began shooting him with rocks from a slingshot he cried as they caused him to bleed and before he knew it he was flying high, he then felt anger and swooped down the rocks hitting but him not caring he shreded the bullys faces with precision only a bird could have. Then the adults shuned him even though his IQ was 195 but only low because he was dyslexic. the torment drove him insane he wanted to get revenge now he sharpens his fingers to a point and his feet have become talons he can make weapons and has a pack on his back that through wi-fi chips one implanted in his skull he can controll mentally to bring different firearms out. His vision is beyond what humans should ever have hoped to obtain and he can hear very well. He also created a fan that can summon whirlwinds. He is one of the best techs the goveners have. Appearance:He ussually wears a japanese robe or a lab coat over it. OOC: If I don't post a name it's GBPA, also obviously birdman's nose could be used like a club. *thinks "like this? Ok... yes."* |
