well its algebra, heres the first problem 5X + 3= 38 what is X? |

First rearrange to get 4x+5=y then substitute into other formula 2x-(4x+5)-1 then factorise... thats as far as I've got.

if this problem is done or not, i believe that we should ask easier problems so that more members come and try them, and as we go on post harder and harder ones. |

Here's an easy one 1) e^x = 12. Then put it into an actual equation I guess 2) 10^-3x - 120 = 18 ..Backwards? 3) 9 - 3 ln x = 6 Solve any... and round to the nearest thousandth I guess. |
