Most* Hip Hop and Rap are two completely different things though Master T. Hip Hop has a much wider range in what the genre can include so you shouldn't be so quickly to judge it. I listen to the Metal Genre area. Industrial Metal, Nu Metal, Rock, Heavy Rock, etc. |

yeah, hip hop and rap is debatable, so i wont raise any further anger levels
but i DO hate a genre that im sure most of us will agree with: country. whiny, tinny, country music. i admit carrie underwood and faith hill are talented, but just not for me...

Name a genre, and I can probably find an artist I like out of it. |

To be, or not to be: that is the question. To die, to sleep; no more; and by a sleep to say we end. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub. For in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil must give us pause. That makes calamity of so long life, for who would bear the whips and scorns of time when he himself might his quietus make with a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear, to grunt and sweat under a weary life, but that the dread of something after death, the undiscover'd country from whose bourn no traveller returns, puzzles the will and makes us rather bear those ills we have than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all... | |

Techno-Tribal! :P I like just about anything (excluding rap and country). Mostly electronica, though. Has anyone heard of Pandora? It's pretty cool. You can type in a song or artist you like and it will find more songs or artists that you might like and play them for you automatically! It's like magic! |

I mostly listen to orchestral music. I have lots and lots of game music from Tales of Legendia, Final Fantasy, Mario, Zelda, Baten Kaitos, Pokemon, Sonic the Hedgehog, Xenosaga, Beyond Good and Evil, and a few miscellaneous others. I really like game music (not because it's a game... I just like the style of instrumental tracks of the ones that I have and I don't know what else to look for) For that, Nobuo Uematsu, Koji Kondo, Motoi Sakuraba, and Go Shiina are all very good. Next on the list are rock, celtic, jpop, new age, electronic, and techno. Rock: Relient K, Kutless, Newsboys, D.C. Talk Celtic: whatever I stumble upon jpop: Do as Infinity all the rest: whatever I happen to find. I like nearly everything except country and rap... and there are some in those that I like, just very few. |
