Do any of you have a book you would recommend me? I'm kindof out of things to read XD . I like some fantasy, sci-fic, some non-fic historical (like Band of Brothers, kindof storyish not just telling what happened) and preferably something I could get at my library (common) and a series would be nice. Any suggestions? |

Yep... until 2nd semester then I have computer class. But, from what I've heard its possible to get online while shes giving notes... which is once or twice a week, and also on quiz days she lets you. But, If I'm good for awhile longer my parents should start letting me on my computer at home more often. So, I souldn't be much less active. |

The Bible is pretty much the only book I read... I am trying to get my hands on Mein Kampf and I just finished To The Last Man. That's pretty much all. I don't read much. |

To be, or not to be: that is the question. To die, to sleep; no more; and by a sleep to say we end. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub. For in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil must give us pause. That makes calamity of so long life, for who would bear the whips and scorns of time when he himself might his quietus make with a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear, to grunt and sweat under a weary life, but that the dread of something after death, the undiscover'd country from whose bourn no traveller returns, puzzles the will and makes us rather bear those ills we have than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all... | |

lol, Dude 2000, you never cease to amaze me. Have you ever read any of the works by Plato? I think you'd like them. I just read a chapter in Brothers Karamazov (by Fyodor Dostoevsky)...called "The Grand Inquisitor". I thought it was excellent. I don't know about the rest of the book though... Hm..ok Mossad. Do you like Star Wars? I love Star Wars...and I read every Star Wars novel in existence. Thats what I suggest...read Star Wars books!!! |

What'd I do...? >_> No, I have not. Plato, Socrates and the like are interesting, but not enough for me to go out and get it at the library or something. I'll check that out though... |

Dude. If you haven't read 1984 you should, I just reread it recently. Thats what the quote in my sig is from. Also I don't think I've read the OT thorough yet, I think I'll do that. |

I was just saying, a typical person wouldn't say, "Oh I read nothing but the Bible" and how many ppl these days would bother reading "Mein Kampf"...It just amused me. |

If you enjoy Mystery/Action/Adventure/Thriller/Romances You could try some of Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt novels. |

The Artemis Fowl series is really good too. A bit childish, but still exciting |
