the thief

I nearly died, a whole day, with no music, no sound, no games...it was boring. Then I got together with a friend. And it was fine..yeah, thats why I wasn't on yesterday. ME HATE POWER OUTAGES! Oh, the cause was a huge storm we had, 60 mile and hour winds, it was crazy.

If you had a GBA or a DS you could have just played that until it ran out of power. :D

Makes ya glad you weren't born in the Ston Age, don't it? :P

To be, or not to be: that is the question. To die, to sleep; no more; and by a sleep to say we end. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub. For in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil must give us pause. That makes calamity of so long life, for who would bear the whips and scorns of time when he himself might his quietus make with a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear, to grunt and sweat under a weary life, but that the dread of something after death, the undiscover'd country from whose bourn no traveller returns, puzzles the will and makes us rather bear those ills we have than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all...

not to sound too old... but i hope you guys aren't being serious about needing something with a screen to keep yourselves amused, there is SO much more to life, it's fall, go play in a pile of leaves, you can never get too old for that :D

People on forums like these don't think there's anything more to life than video games and Nintendo forums.

saying that doesnt make u sound old...at least to me. seriously, if u dont have electric, find something else to do, like exercise or something. so some push ups or sit ups, or if u actually have a home gym like i do, get on it! there IS more to life than video games, even though im a HUGE fan of video games :P

*laughs at home gyms and excersize*

But seriously... power outages are fun! You are forced to play handheld games by candle light (yes, even if it's backlit), reading books, playing obscure and boring board games, and yeah ur right, I can't think of anything else.

yeah really the phone might still work too and if that doesn't the cell phone might or you can get real creative and do stuff with other people. I don't play video games much; not enough time.
