Like I said though, Halo is the Xbox's only real gaming giant. It won't get old quickly, but eventually it's going to be some other game that's just totally insane that won't necessarily be on the Xbox and Microsoft is screwed. And if you go back to what you said...:

-Price-
Sony loses to Microsoft here, I'll give you that. I mean, $500-$600 for a PS3 versus a $400 pricetag on the 360 beats Sony. Mind you though, Sony is already in the handheld gaming market with the PSP, and Microsoft is planning on releasing...some kind of a handheld music player(can you say iPod ripoff? There are too many of them...). Sony's making more money right now because it basically just doubled it's market.

Gaming
Yes, Sony wins. Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, plenty of series RPGs, shooters, heck, everything. The Xbox...has Halo. Ok, so it does have Elder Scrolls and some good other shooters...but if you haven't noticed, nearly 3/4s of the homes in the United States have computers, and almost all of the Xbox's games are available for the computer. And they're CHEAPER. Guess which one people will buy? The computer. Yes, so weird, cheaper and the same game. Unreal.

Versatility(New Category)
Alrighty then, this one is again totally outmatched. Sony blows Microsoft away. The PS3 and the Xbox360 are basically screwed versatility-wise - they have essentially the same features(although we don't know exactly what the PS3 has yet, and the Xbox has Xbox Live...which is just more money going to Microsoft v_v). However, they're both kicked by one thing. The PSP. Sure, it's not much compared to Nintendo's DS(Which is going to be evolving, so Nintendo says, into something much bigger), but it shows that Microsoft has NOTHING to compare in the handheld market. Microsoft is promising a handheld that holds music and can connect to the Xbox360 to download songs. Hehe, funny, last time I check, my iPod Nano popped into my computer via USB port and did the SAME *bad word* THING. So sad. My poor folks at Apple. *sigh*

Audience(New Category)
Another new category, this time point at the audience. *waves* HI AUDIENCE! biggrin.gif

Anyways, my point here is to show who the companies are targeting. It's very basic:
Sony - RPGers, Shooters and Everyone Inbetween
Microsoft - Shooters. ...plain and simple. Oh, and the rich people.
Nintendo - TEH WORLD! biggrin.gif!!!

wow for a person that bashs sony has one big heart for sony.
this is just a joke but he honestly wrote it all.

...XD You can guess who wins there. Nintendo does - they've got a game for ANYONE(yes, even Reyer's parents would enjoy playing a game of BrainBuster on the DS, or a game of Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon. biggrin.gif). And, believe it or not, Nintendo is developing a game for those kids who are mentally challenged. Sounds weird, but really, it's rather generous on Nintendo's part. ANYWAYS, since this is a topic between Sony and Microsoft, I guess I'll go on to them. Sony wins. Ha. XD Well, I'm not kidding. Again, the Xbox is moreso towards those people whom don't own computers(or theirs sucks), have money, and who like shooting things to oblivion. Okay, now that sounds rather mean, but if you haven't noticed, the Xbox has NOT ONE GAME that was ever popular on it that had an E for Everyone rating. Nintendo has had a ton of those, and Sony had SOME(not a lot, but better than none). Xbox is more for mature gamers(hence why we always get our asses kicked in Halo2 XD), Playstation towards those who like a violent but modest experience, and Cube for those who like absolutely everything(Yes, Nintendo did have some Mature rated games).

Overall
Nintendo pwns all.

check this goes with it, heres the good part, yep he loves nintendo.

Dude...Yeah, I realize I basically bashed Microsoft, but I'm taking it from my own standpoint. I'm allowed to have my own opinion.

Oh, and only two people can read that. If you haven't already figured it out, um, you have to be registered on my board in order to read or post at all. v_v;;; I know you aren't that dense High...

Price
The reason why the 360 gets beat out by Sony is because of it's affordable price, people when they begin to go shopping want to see a console and see at least 4 shelves of games to go with it, when i walk down Best Buy I see at least 5 and when i go to the 360 less then half a row next to the Xbox full row. 360 is expensive and has low value with the bad lauch titles except for DOA and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigher.

Gaming
360 beats out the PS2 in the gaming experence but it doesn't have the established number of games that PS2 has at there side, PS2 has many established games like the continuation of the Final Fantasy Series and Kingdom Hearts and alot of major renounced Wargames that the 360 just doesn't have on stock right now. The only real big price makers of the 360 are Halo 2, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigher, and DOA 4. So i can get more games and a console cheaper then i can with a 360, and this is were the Xbox hurts the 360 becasue there best selling game Ghost Recon is on the Xbox, well if you have a Xbox you don't want to buy 400 dollars worth of equipment when you can just by the game.

Overall
Over time, when Halo 3 comes out the 360 sales will sore beyond belief, most people won't buy it until Halo 3 comes out and now that it's just around the corner, people will start getting the Xbox 360's before Halo 3 comes out and everybody starts going 360 crazy with the Halo 3 by the side of the check out counter. PS2 slowly but surely looses games to opening games on the PS3 and people will start to drift over once they see what the have at the 360's helm.

Finally
The only thing that really holds the 360 back is still just production, about 2 months ago, 7 months after 360 came out i saw people lined up outside of Best Buy, I only came to get a HD cable, then I walked into the store to find the cable and then the first thing I hear is the 360's off of shipment are over here and that whole crowd exept for maybe 3 including me went over there which goes to show there lacking the production rate, once the production goes up, they'll be in the clear.

Well you have what i think off this.

Like I said though, Halo is the Xbox's only real gaming giant. It won't get old quickly, but eventually it's going to be some other game that's just totally insane that won't necessarily be on the Xbox and Microsoft is screwed. And if you go back to what you said...:

XD What? It does. ANYWAYS, it depends on who you are, what you like, and how rich you are. You want your Xbox? That's fine, go buy it. Playstation? Sure, go buy it. Cube? ...again, go buy it. It's up to you. I'm not here to make judgements on what you want, but I'm putting my point across. This is the fact of how it is. And I know you guys probably won't read all of this, and I don't mind(my fingers are getting tired from typing...it's a first for me XD), but I want to try and put a stop to this arguing and stuff between gamers. We're all out here to have fun with our games not say "Well, my Cubes better than your PS2 cuz it just iz haha I win you suck kiss my ass". Well, guess what I say?

EFF YOU!!! I LOVE MY GAMES AND THEY'D BEAT YOURS ANYDAY! YAY FOR FINAL FANTASY HAHA I AM THE FF GURU NYAH!

...done with that random rant now biggrin.gif

Anyways, I hope I've been insightful. I try.

And at least quote the whole thing next time XD

how can u be busy with band camp if you tore your tendons in your foot unless they put you in a chair but i pictured it as marching band camp not sitting and playing.
and i royal post your board up with my name and i have a board i run and i have work on my house and else where and i still go everywhere, the only reason i don't do movies is because i can't drive and i live 7 miles from the city which is all a uphill bike.

Well i do like nintedo alot thats what i say.
Im to tired to do a long posts so...

I just think nintendo is alot better than sony and microsoft.
But in the other hand, any non nintendo opinion is not very valid in a Nintendo forum.

Microsoft, Well i do respect them a lot (Halo games are freaking awsome) .............. I do like the fact they have Rareware (which games i like more than nintendo ones)

Sony: No comments they SUCK!
