So I've put together my own database which expands the USA League structure, while also altering it from real life. Changes:

*Vancouver and Portland added to MLS
*MLS changed to a single table league with no playoffs
*NASL, USL Pro, USL-PDL, and NPSL all added
*Added U18 teams to every club, and created Super Y-League for them
*Added competitions for USASA Amateur clubs
*Created Winter Leagues for the NPSL divisions

Ha, OK so the pictures are too big. Lesson learned. But I can't edit the post because the forum is stretched too wide. My bad guys.

I had no staff, so I've placed adverts for a Assistant, a coach, gk coach, fitness coach, and physio, but I doubt I'll be able to hire all of those. We'll see what the board allows.

I'm going to go light with the preseason schedule, try to build confidence heading into the season. We open with arch-rival Chattanooga FC.

And the staff is coming together:

Assistant Head Coach: David Taylor
Fitness Coach: Andy Harris
Goalkeeping Coach: Jim Brazeau
Physio: Stu Schwerner

Schwerner is the big get for this staff. I was pretty shocked to see him answer the advert. Although Brazeau comes from the Houston Dynamo. I guess he didn't like the weather down there.

Played a friendly against the Academy team and won 2-1. Here is the first goal in Force history.

Made a couple of big signings. Central Defender Tim Jepson and Winger-Striker Shaun Greenfield. It didn't take Greenfield long to endear himself to the fans, scoring the third goal in a 3-0 rout of Rocket City on his debut:

Good start. I've found the NPSL pretty easy in all the games I've created, but the tricky part becomes putting together a semi pro team once you move up a level. Those small attendance figures make it tough.

Looking at the game spped (half a *) is that not excruciating? I generally dont play if it's less the 3.5* because it's too slow.

It's really not that bad. I'm more concerned with the computer performance bit, which is still great. The only thing that slows it down is processing the fixtures from all the leagues but it's not that big of a deal.
