What should the opening theme song's lyrics be like?
The Ed's should try to make themselves seem boss and hardcore 0 (0%)
The Ed's should seem completely stuck-up in this song 0 (0%)
The lyrics should reflect each person's personality and should devote a little bit of time to each character 3 (60%)
The Ed's should try to make themselves seem hardcore, but the lyrics come off as "incoherent" and "trying too hard" 1 (20%)
The Ed's should sound humble and maybe even sad, because they are telling the story of their life (the unfortunate story being the show, not the film) 0 (0%)
Other (please comment) 1 (20%)

That one guy from that one show
We've already decided what type of music it should be, (though, this may change). We would just like to know what the lyrics should be. Sorry there is no "do what you want" button, but I didn't want that to be a choice.

If you have questions please don't be afraid to ask.

What a guy. :D
I think the lyrics should be about generic dancing, as is the norm for today's music either be about love or clubbing or both.

But seriously, I think the lyrics should mirror the theme of the movie or have some influence to it. What is the movie's plot, by any chance? Because I think it helps to know that if you're going to write lyrics to a song, for the movie, it should be something mirroring the plot of the movie itself, if you get my point.

Unless that's not the case and it's open for interpretation.

The director really, REALLY doesn't want to reveal the plot. If it were up to me, the plot would all ready be revealed by now, but I'm not the director. The opening that has the opening theme is basically the Eds' slideshow. It's them trying to make a cool opening, with as little cost to them as possible.

P.S. The opening is pretty much fan service for each of the character's fans. Something to make Eddy look cool, something to make Edd look cool, see what I'm saying.

But, seriously, I think the tone of Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy has always been one to deprecate the characters. Having a song that pokes fun at them would very much be keeping in character with the show.
