Hope you get it sorted. I want a laptop but I'm worried about the wireless connection thing. I can never get telephone signals in my house, it's rubbish.

That's mad hun.

Wireless is alright, long as you have a secured system shouldn't be a problem ;)

With me mum's pc tower, well it's being fixed. apparently it's a common problem within comps but as it was old they would've had to of imported a piece in, however the guy who's fixing it act found the bit in a local shop and best of all, mum's friend is gonna pay 4 it. should have it back next week.
Blessed be, Geo Toni x~X~x

What the hell?

When I try to go to livejournal.com, all I can see instead of the homepage is this:

Has it been hacked?!

Oh wait, it's fixed now. Still, that was pretty weird.

You could call the maker of the computer you have (Dell, Mac, etc).

Also, you can click Start and go into My Computer to see how much space you have free out of how much the computer started with. For example, mine is "77.7 GB free of 174 GB".

Finally, go into your Control Panel, click on Systems & Maintenance, and finally, System. It'll give you all your specs, Prossessor, Memory, Manufacture, etc etc... all that fun stuff ;)

I don't know what operating system you have, geo. But I find out mine by going to My Computer, then I think you just right click on the C:/ drive and a box comes up telling you how large your hard drive is and how much space you've used up etc.

rofl, that depends...I don't think my mum would let me have the car for that long cuz she works a lot and needs it(also I"m not insured on it yet, so that sux :lol)

Even if I just get some crappy...i dunno...1990 toyota (hate toyotas, no offence, just not my style) or something for like, a grand, I'd be happy with it untill I could get a freaking job and save up for a mini :P

Speaking of jobs, I might have to go back to work at Safeway which...well, I guess money is money, right? I'm trying to score a job at the mall, but so far i've had no luck with that.

Lol I was joking

NO FORDS. NONE ZERO NADDA NO. They look nice the trucks and Sedans, but litterally in less than a couple years you'll start having bad problems with them.

Toyota may seem like a EHH label, but they are one of the much better brands to buy used or new. Suburu, Nissan and Honda are all good to.

All those those have nice trade in value even after being years old, also they don't have too much of a record breaking on you within the first few years.

BMW, Infinity, Chrysler, Lexus, Mitsibushi can be very expensive cars.

I wouldn't go for one of those as your first car, maybe except the BMW, even then that's a lot of money you have to be making and don't buy new.

Maybe 5 years at the most is a good rule for any car buying brand.

I know there's a couple busniess that are almost going out of busniess or having complications, I wouldn't go with those.

I would also say without a nice credit score of your own, you mom or somebody with good credit you can trust will have to be the co-signer, unless you can come up with the several thousand dollars on your own and pay upfront.

Even then, most retailers wont let you take the car off the lot anymore without almost 3000 dollar down payment upfront.

Then be ready for the insurance to depending on your age, how many years you've been driving, accidents reports/pull overs etcs, etc you could be paying almost 100 a month just one month at a time, maybe a bit more or a bit less if your parents are claiming you.

...OMG I just started to go off here lol sorry.

But keep in mind your FURTURE car, but be realistic on your first and how much you can continue to pay ever month safely and ontime.
