It's about time someone stood up for them selves - if they don't like flies and dust, why move to the country near a farm? Idiots....

Two big thumbs up to this genius. Bet the people who moved out there are "greeners" and will complain to gore that their breathing air is being polluted.

I know of one of those greener types in my area. They moved to the country but can't stand the smell of fresh flowers, hay or anything else. :(

The farm where we buy our eggs has been there for over 30 years. We have been using it for over 9 years.

About 5 years ago a developer put in about 30 housing units right next to it. Now the CS's that bought the houses are trying to shut it down. The farm tried to keep the developer from building there but it was zoned to allow housing and they lost the fight. These people knew the farm was there and yet have been POS's since the first house was sold.

They first tried a lawsuit to close it down. Since they lost that the farm has been harassed by complaints to the health dept, animal control, and any other government agency they can think of. Since these agencies are required by law to investigate every complaint there is at least one agency out there every week.

The people making the complaint do not have to give a name or address so these are all anonymous complaints, probably made by the same people.

It seems to me that there should have to be a record kept of the people making complaints and after the complaints have been found to be groundless a couple of times they could be charged with filing a false official report.
