That would be a great idea if not for the fact that many of the commie/socialist anti-America crowd already stink worse than any skunk. I swear some of them must not have showered or bathed for a month or two and slept in a septic tank condo. Then again, it just may be the company they keep ... !!!

Have y'all ever noticed Liberals have a different look about them ?

I had a friend ask me how do you know what a Liberal looks like. I told her I KNOW !! I also told her look at their legs . Most of them don't shave. I have strong intuition .

They do have a funny odor to them and they talk gay. They wear those strange sandals .

We natives of the Bay Area can spot a denizen from Berkistan anywhere in the world. It's not just the clothes, shoes and body odor that give them away. Can't say what it is, really. They're predominately ugly as hell, have dreads (all races) that haven't seen shampoo in years, and have an aura of delusion about them. If they're Code Stink, well in our area they're so ugly no decent man would touch them even if it was the 1:30 pm last call at the bar.

If yo really want to use a scent to break up a crowd, use fly attractant. You can find it at feed stores. It's used to attract flies in a fly trap. It comes in a squeeze tube. It is a fly sexual scent and the smell will make a strong man gag.
I was having a problem with someone stealing our news paper out at he main gate. everyday if we didn't go get the paper by 3:00 pmn, it was gone. I took some of the fly bait and poured it in the rolled up news paper and but it back in the plastic bag and let whoever was stealing the paper get it. we never had a paper stolen after that.
If you were to get some signs of your own and put this stuff at the end of your poster stick then wave it in the pinks faces, you'd get them to start to gaggin for sure. If they reached out and touched your sign and got some of that stuff on thier hands, it's oil base and you can't get it off with bleech. Let me know if you try this. tractor supply has big tubes of it.
Dang, I wish I lived out there.

Back to serious.

A good friend sent these two links to me.

They are an absolute must read, about this date in history:

Eamon's Stand For America Posted: February 15, 2008 - 1:00 am Eastern by Melanie Morgan

here is a few snips:

Quote:

This week, however, I had the chance to see this description is grossly understated, at least when it comes to its leaders and their enablers. The offices of Berkeley's city government are little more than a steaming pit that has collected the discarded trash of American society.

-

Stunned, I watched as anarchist, left-wing radicals marched into the crowd of pro-troop supporters, pushing them aside and knocking them down with their signs. They screamed hateful anti-American jeers into the faces of veterans and elderly ladies who were doing little more than waving American flags.

As the leader of the pro-troop organization, Move America Forward, I was propelled to act – our group had organized the patriotic demonstration against Berkeley's actions, and I could not sit back and watch my people being run down by the Marxists of Code Pink, International ANSWER and The World Can't Wait.

I apologized to my radio colleagues, threw down my radio headset, flipped off the microphone and jumped in my car, rushing to the frontlines of the pro-troop rally in Berkeley.

Throughout the day I witnessed a spectacle that made my blood boil and stabbed my heart in pain. Despite the permits we had obtained from the City of Berkeley for our pro-troop rally, we looked on in amazement as the Berkeley City Police, under orders from city officials, stood down time and again, despite attacks, provocation and intimidation from the Marxist, anti-military protesters.

-

In the middle of the pro-troop crowd stood a young man named Eamon Kelly, a young Marine who had been discharged after honorably serving his nation. Eamon's steely grit and passion provided oxygen in the super-charged atmosphere for the side of the Marines in their battle with the city of Berkeley.

Eamon had just undergone back surgery and was under strict orders not to walk more than 10 minutes every two hours. His mother, Elizabeth, had decided to come out to the pro-troop rally on Tuesday and told Eamon he shouldn't join her because of the recent surgery. But Eamon Kelly insisted on coming, in large part because he feared for his mother's safety.

Young Mr. Kelly stood vigil in support of our troops for 12 hours, propped up by a cane. He endured excruciating pain and withstood verbal attacks from the anti-military protesters. Fellow patriots tended to Eamon throughout the day, doing all they could to ensure his comfort and safety.

I want to share with you the contents of an e-mail sent by Eamon's mother:

Here is the next one:

Wounded Marine Conquers Berkeley by Catherine Moy Posted: 02/15/2008

snips from it:

Quote:

Mayor Tom Bates has been hard-pressed to plead ignorance when he declared to the city council and the media alike:
Quote:

“I’ve been working with Code Pink, and I believe in their cause and I believe that what they’re doing is the right thing, they are bringing maximum pressure to bear on the whole question of the Marines being in Berkeley, they don’t belong here, they shouldn’t have come here and they should leave.” :breakcomp:  :hammerhead:

Kelly’s physical pain was intense, yet he refused to leave the pro-military demonstration that was organized by Move America Forward to protest the actions of the Berkeley City Council. After standing in support of the Marines throughout the day and night he was too weak to speak before the City Council when he was finally afforded the opportunity at about 11:00 PM at night. Vietnam veterans offered to carry him into the chambers, past the radical anti-war protesters in pink who taunted those supporting the Marines.

“I can’t do it,” Kelly said. “I just have to listen to them.”

A medic from the Vietnam War told the young Marine it was time for him to go home. He was afraid shock might set in as the pain savaged Kelly.

“The people with whom we gathered asked Eamon to go into city hall and speak, but by this time his head was hanging down, and I was afraid he was going to collapse,” said Elizabeth Kelly. “By now I was struggling to hold him up.”

Mayor Bates isn't worthy of shining this Marine's shoes:angry:

The behavior of both city officials and far-left radicals stunned and hurt veterans. Vietnam veteran Rod Ferroggiaro of Fairfield, Calif., couldn’t believe what he saw in Berkeley on Tuesday.

“Facing this group was an assortment of old hippies dressed in pink reliving the antiwar years of the sixties - the same ones who spat on us when I returned to California from my first tour of duty in Vietnam in 1965,” Ferroggiaro said. “The frightening people were the young . . . dressed in black shirts with orange bandanas. They were cursing and running into Blue Star moms and veterans with skateboards.

“They would get face to face with an older man or woman and chest-bump them trying to provoke an altercation. I saw one rip an American flag from a 46-year-old Blue Star mom and later set it on fire,” he said. “This was all witnessed by the Berkeley police, who did nothing to stop these radicals. Later I learned that they were Berkeley High School students who were brought there by their teachers.” :hammerhead:

There will be no apologies to Marine Eamon Kelly or Vietnam veteran Rob Ferroggiaro, but across the nation reasonable Americans are letting it be known that they are not alone in their protests against the Berkeley council.

Lawmakers at the state and federal level are pushing legislation to take more than $5 million in earmarks for Berkeley. Groups around the country are boycotting Berkeley, and businesspeople have said they will close shops or refuse doing business in that liberal city.

-

“Driving home on Hwy 80 I pulled off on an exit, walked away from my truck and wept,” Vietnam veteran Ferroggiaro said. “I really do not know why. But as I watched those thousands of cars and trucks that passed by, I knew that most never knew what was happening in Berkeley -- and most more than likely did not care. I also thought back 40 plus years and wondered if we have gained anything in this country.”

Zombie finally updated his website, and looking at the MANY pictures and the dialog to go with them, one can understand why it took awhile to get it all loaded.

Berkely Marines Protest 1

Berkeley Marine Protest 2

Posted Image

Yep, them Code Stinko's are a bunch of clowns......but it seems this patriotic supporter of our USMC didn't find them none to funny....

Berkeley Marine Protest 2 has several good captions on what our children are being taught in schools today and how disillusioned their teachers are about "what patriots are"

This is it in a nutshell for the most part - from Zombie:

Quote:

World Can't Wait at the next booth over was even more aggressive, supplying free bandannas and t-shirts to seemingly half the school. This is WCW's modus operandi -- they usually recruit high school and middle school students for their protests, often with the consent and encouragement of their liberal teachers or school administrators. The students just enjoy playing hookey all day with offical approval, and are most likely unaware that World Wan't Wait is a communist cult.

The end result was that several hundred (perhaps as many as a thousand) teenaged students cut school all day to participate in the protest, and they pretty much ran wild, the only adults monitoring them being the WCW and ANSWER demagogues, who only egged the kids on to more and more aggressive behavior.

Of all the sights and sounds at the protest, none were more shocking (even to me) than the insulting and menacing attitudes the students displayed to any adult whom they suspected of not being sufficiently left-wing. Girls as young as 14 would surround pro-America adults and would launch into spontaneous verbal assaults, exhibiting the most disrespectful behavior imaginable. Here, a little girl in a kaffiyeh lashed out at a bewildered senior lady, calling her a "bitch" and "murderer" for supporting the Marines.

Often the children would not let the adults talk back, but when they did, the adults' words were greeted with sneers and derision. Here, the girls listen with barely-disguised comtempt to another pro-America protester who had intervened.

But soon she was cut off by one of the other girls, who responded to her attempts at a rational discussion by calling her a "racist" and an "old hag" who needed to "get off our territory" immediately, while the other kids contributed epithets and mocking laughter.

Conversations of this sort went on continuously all day.

The children were giddy with power. It strongly reminded me of what happened during the Cultural Revolution in 1960s China, when high school students harassed and humiliated their teachers and other local authority figures -- all with the approval of the Commmunist Party officials, who were consciously trying to overthrow the old social order. And considering that these kids at the Berkeley rally were coached and trained by World Can't Wait, which is a Maoist revolutionary group, I suppose their behavior shouldn't have surprised me. Most of the kids there, contrary to what you might imagine, were middle class, the children of professors and intellectuals, and after the protest undoubtedly went home to their comfortable houses with Mom and Dad, who most likely nodded with pride at tales of the day's radical exploits.

Quote:

The one accusation most frequently hurled by the children at the Marines supporters was that they were "racist" -- based on absolutely no evidence whatsoever. This is what gets drilled into these kids' heads in school every day by the indoctrinators and brainwashers who in earlier eras were known as "teachers." But of course, the Marine suppoters came in all colors...

......and race had nothing whatsoever to do with anyone's feelings for America. Patriots are patriots, and it doesn't matter what color your skin is. But such a concept is lost on the unfortunate children. Because they have been taught that any non-Marxist way of thinking is, by definition, "racism."

Try telling that to this guy....

Or this guy....

I thought it may be interesting to post the results of the investigation of this.

Due to the courageous efforts of this Family of a Fallen Soldier, this problem appears to have been fixed:

Senate Approves Chambliss, Isakson Measure Improving Military Policy Regarding Fallen Soldiers

Effort inspired by Sgt. Paul Saylor of Bremen, Georgia

The U.S. Senate today approved a measure introduced by U.S. Senators Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., and Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., that would require the U.S. Department of Defense to improve the way fallen soldiers are cared for and how their survivors are notified and kept informed.

The measure requires the Secretary of Defense to conduct and submit to Congress a comprehensive review regarding its current mortuary affairs policies, specifically to review how it utilizes refrigeration in combat theaters in order to enhance preservation of remains, timelines for transferring remains from their combat units back to the United States, and the feasibility of locating autopsy and embalming operations in theater as opposed to in the U.S.

Currently, the 54th Quartermaster Company operates all mortuary affairs collection points supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. These Quartermasters evacuate the remains of all American and Coalition service members to the theater mortuary evacuation point (TMEP) facility in Kuwait, where the remains are processed for final shipment to the Dover Port Mortuary facility in Delaware. Also staffed by Soldiers of the 54th Quartermaster Company, the TMEP is the final stop for all remains in theater, where they are draped with American flags and sent off with a ceremony honoring their sacrifices. Deceased service members who are based in Europe are sent to the Landsthul Mortuary Facility in Germany before return to their families. Mortuary affairs Soldiers in Kuwait also process and evacuate all Coalition forces and foreign civilian remains by working with foreign government embassies to arrange a final disposition.

And would suggest reading some of the above links to just see what some of these soldiers that work in Mortuary Affairs say about their job.

I saw this posted on a Military forum I post on .

The videos have short commercials before they run. Sorry!!!

Bay Area and National TV commercials start today against Berkeley
This is not going away Berkeley - you attacked our military so take responsibility admitt your stupidity and fix your mistake

This is the video that shows a defiant city council mayor who along with all the other members still refuses to apologize to the Marines and all the military and his co-partners in crime group of "blame America first" far left radicals on the Berkeley City Council. Oh yes some are sorry now - like a kid who's sorry they got caught!

We need to scream at the top of our lungs about the abuse of power that Pelosi is using to stop the Semper Fi Act of 2008 because it is her beloved city in CA

Pelosi is recessing along with Reid on a daily basis so that this act that has been written and signed by dozens of other Congressmen and Senators cannot come to the floor for a vote I call that an abuse of Pelosi's power and it is despicable of Pelosi and Reid to continue to refuse to apologize to the Marines and make Bezerkeley take responsibility for their stupidity. That puts them in the same boat with Berkeley and Code Pink.

See the video here as shown on NBC 11 which is also one of the TV stations that will be airing the commercial starting this week

Subject: Berkeley Rally

Ok folks, this is the call to arms. It doesn't matter where you live, Northern California, the Western States, east coast, where ever - tell everyone you know, forward this email, call them, whatever - get the word out. It doesn't matter if you ride a bike or drive a cage. This is a call to arms for all veterans, all patriots, and all that truly respect the military. Please forward this email to every veteran you know, every organization you know, every post you know. Assume you are the only one that has received this email and spread the word. Also, if you have the time, please make up small signs showing date, time, location, and try to get them put up in motorcycle stores, AL Posts, MCL Posts, etc. And forward to whomever has an email list. This Mission will only work if we have a LARGE turnout.

Due to the garbage in Bezerkeley, we've made a decision to have a massive show of support for the Marine Recruiters, and Veterans everywhere. Bezerkeley, the City Council, the Mayor, Code Pink and the other moonbats want to step all over veterans, past, present and future. We need to show them we're not going to allow that in Berkeley or anywhere else. I'm not using the term "demonstration" for two simple reasons - "demonstration" is tied together with "counter demonstration". Neither of those terms come in to play in this instance. I want a true "Support the Troops" event. Come by motorcycle, car, truck, whatever means you have. Bring an American Flag, and if you have them, Flags of the Armed Forces. If you want to make signs, please limit them to support ie: So and so, or family of, or organization so and so supports the troops. And one other - VNSZ (Veteran's No Spend Zone) Lots of those.

On March 22, 9:00AM, we will all meet and/or stage at the Watergate Market, 2390 Powell St, Emeryville.

http://tinyurl.com/3apwej

The rally point was picked in that it has food and fuel readily available. When getting off the freeway, there is a Chevron Station on one side of the freeway, and a Shell on the other (the direction you'll be heading). There is a Denny's where you get off and the Watergate Market has sandwiches (I believe). Across from the Market is the Emeryville Police Dept. There is parking along the street to the left of the EPD. You will directed to parking when you arrive. Currently, there will not be a "formal" check in, but see me when you get there. I'm not hard to find. When you eat or fuel in this location or any location outside of Berkeley, please keep the receipts - if we have a big enough group, I will collect those receipts and deliver them to the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce on Monday the 24th. Hopefully with the assistance of the news media.

We will depart at 10 for Berkeley. The Emeryville police will assist us in getting on the freeway. ( If you are driving directly to the city - not driving in with the "convoy", please meet at the recruiting office.) There will be 3 approach routes to Berkeley that will be announced at that morning. All approach routes will lead to the US Marine Officer Selection Office at 64 Shattuck Square - it's a one way street and therefore will be on your left side. After driving past the recruiting office, please park your vehicles carefully as I'm quite sure the parking police will be around. I would park one vehicle (includes motorcycles) per parking place as long as you don't mind the paring fees - also - I've been warned about feeding the meters. Move your wheels periodically so as not to get cited or towed. Coordinate with each other on shifting vehicles. If you park in lot that is restricted to customers, then buy a cup of coffee or a coke, or whatever. I can make a drink last a LONG time. While wandering around like any other tourist, if you talk to shop owners, please remember, we're not there to get in THEIR faces, but to make a point to the City Council. If our presence, our taking parking places, our not spending money has a negative impact on the individual business owners, they will need to go to make a decision on who to recall and who to vote for. If the individuals don't like the war, don't like the administration, don't like the military, GTG, but what the City Council has done is baloney! Besides, if they don't like the military, then why would they want our money.

I'm asking Melanie Morgan and MAF to start speaking at 12 in front of the Recruiting Office. Other speakers are welcome. I'm asking Capt Lund and some of his staff to be there, in uniform of course.

Purpose of this Mission is to show support for the troops in general, all veterans, and for the Marine Recruiting Office. It is not for physical confrontation - that needs to be avoided. We need to set the example - Code Pink, ANSWER and the other moonbats would love to see us get slammed in the media and they will try to do that. On Feb 12 there were a couple of people attending who apparently were there just to cause trouble. Please be careful. I am by no means saying "turn the other cheek". I'm just asking that you are careful with any response - let them take the fall.

If you need places to camp or stay - please remember to get a place outside of Berkeley.

I need some volunteers - one or two to handle billeting for those that need it arriving Friday nite and/or staying Saturday nite. I need a couple of riders - 4 to 8 - to help get people to Shattuck Square and then to help with getting people pointed to parking areas. I'm also asking a local CB/HAM/motorcycle club to help with any communications necessary. If your scoot is equipped with comm gear, please ID yourself at check in (IF you want to be put to work). And I need couple of people to help coordinate at the staging area.

Currently we know that Trader Vic's is offering us a banquet room that evening for a buffet dinner. They are also giving us 15% off coupons. We will work on some more like minded stuff.

Response - if you are coming, please respond with just numbers - I only need names if you are available to help (you pick the category). And I need to know numbers for Trader Vic's - they have 2 different room sizes and need to put one aside for us. Normally I respond to every email. HOWEVER, because of the anticipated volume of response, I will only respond on offers to help or to questions.
