I couldn't believe what I was hearing come out of this murder's mother's mouth! She said she thinks that her son murdering six people in cold blood was and act of God! She justified the murders by saying they just kept giving him tickets and so what happened to them was an act of God.

Click on the video on this Link to hear her.

Here's a snippet from the article on what the brother had to say.

Quote:

The only way that I can put into context that you might understand is that my brother went to war tonight with the people, the government that was putting torment and strife into his life," Thornton's brother, Gerald Thornton, told St. Louis' KMOV-TV.

He also compared it to us going to war in Iraq!

It is unbelievable that there are people out there that actually think like this![/color]

Hard to believe, isn't it Linda? Mom was just telling me about this story tonight - what a shame. Everybody gets the poopy end of the stick every now and then, it doesn't mean you go off killing people.
I heard on our State news this week, that a man in Maseena, NY was found with his eyes gouged out, several stab wounds and castrated - tied to a kitchen chair in the (would be?) murderer's home. He's still alive, and the guy who did this to him has been caught. "Nice guy, very mild mannered" his neighbor's said. Sounds like a horror story, doesn't it?
Sure makes you wonder about these times we are living in.
