This I heard on "News 10 Now" today. A Muslim man was arrested in Syracuse, New York today for slaughtering goats, sheep and chickens in his cellar. (and get this), a 'local Muslim Radio guy' came to his defense claiming that meat can not be eaten without being blessed by the name of allah! Maybe it's time they all go back to where they came from. A neighbor turned the guy in for hearing goats bleating from the cellar and trying to jump through the windows. Want to talk about 'bringing down the neighborhood'?! |

Ali, Its LONG past time they go back where they came from or wherever else ... how can immigration go so bad after so many years of success??? It seems like the last 40 years we've gone down the tubes in this country ... is it technology that is doing us in? A generation with lack of morals or responsibility? Inevitable? Progress (naaaah scratch that)!!! Ignoring of common sense in deference to political correctness? ... or all of the above??? |

This bizarre practice is part of what is known as "halal", which are Islamic dietary rules very similar to the Jewish "Kosher" dietary laws... He's got no excuse for doing this in his house, though, as there are food companies that cater to this religious dietary preference just as there are companies that cater to kosher.... |

I was telling Pete about this story this morning, and about Culture Warrior's Scout story (to political), and he told me; "you know Al, giving up 30 days to sit in jail might not be a hard price to pay for beating the crap out of some of these liberals who want everybody to feel 'comfortable' here in America ....no matter what they do, say or want". Maybe that's what it will come down to Dawg ....nobody on the hill is listening to us. We agree with you ....'it's all of the above'. |
