All I was surprised today when I received a request from a radio station in Ohio to be on their veterans talk show. Here is how it happened. I gave an interview to a veterans news paper (the one Sunshine is with) and they posted that interview on their web site (Sunshine posted it in another thread). That article is called The Few, The Proud, The Marines and this is the location on the internet of that article. http://thenma.org/blogs/index.php/theveteransvoice Well this radio station read the article and liked it and contacted this news paper to see if I would be willing to do a live radio show with them. The news paper contacted me today and I have spoken to the station and agreed to do the show with them on Sunday!! That's this Sunday! I'll be talking with them from 5:20 to 5:40 and then again from 6:40 until 7pm. This is CALIFORNIA time. They are 3 hours ahead of the west cost so you will need to convert your own time zone. If you need some help let me know. Anyway you can hear this talk show via their web site! Yes you can hear radio on the Internet. This is their web site, after you get here you will see a button on the upper left side that says "Listen Live" You can click that and listen to the interview for your self http://whkradio.townhall.com/ I just thought you might like to listen or to read the article, it's kind of cool  Very crazy how things happen! I guess if they want to hear me run my mouth I'll do it but still kind of strange how things happen. I mean it not like I'm some kind of super hero or saved a burning bus load of kids or anything but it is nice that some want to hear what I have to say.Anyway God Bless you all and have a great day. |
