He sure has Howard Dean and his world of whining cowards on the run:

Dear Thomas,

Rudy Giuliani should be ashamed.

The former New York City Mayor is politicizing September 11th in his 2008 presidential bid. Here's what he said at a recent campaign stop in New Hampshire:

"If a Democrat is elected president in 2008, America will be at risk for another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001... Never ever again will this country ever be on defense waiting for (terrorists) to attack us if I have anything to say about it. And make no mistake, the Democrats want to put us back on defense!"

I won't let this wannabe Republican nominee get away with remarks like these. Send a message to Rudy's campaign headquarters and tell him to stop politicizing 9/11:

http://www.democrats.org/TellGiuliani

More than anyone, Rudy should understand the offensive meaning behind his remarks. When he stood at ground zero that tragic day, there weren't any Republicans or Democrats -- only Americans.

After trying to convince everyone that he was "America's Mayor," he now shows this sort of "leadership."

I will not sit quietly while he takes the fallen heroes of September 11, 2001 to the campaign trail with him. It might win over the Republican Party, but it won't win over the American people.

Rudy should know better.

Join me and send a message to Rudy's headquarters and tell him that our country deserves better from a presidential candidate:

http://www.democrats.org/TellGiuliani

President Bush, not the Democratic Party, failed our country by never capturing the true culprit of the 9/11 attacks: Osama bin Laden.

Now, Rudy thinks he can take a page from President Bush and Dick Cheney's playbook, using fearmongering to gin up support. The American people didn't buy this sort of garbage in the 2006 midterm elections, and they're not going to buy it in 2008.

Show Rudy -- and all Americans -- that the Democratic Party won't stand for this sort of attack. We're delivering this petition personally to the Giuliani for President campaign headquarters, so give Rudy a piece of your mind.

Demand an apology now:

http://www.democrats.org/TellGiuliani

Sincerely,

Gov. Howard Dean, M.D.

I have seen this and it sounds real good. BUT I haven't seen anyone so far that makes me want them as President. I don't like McCain.. And I liked Rudy after 9/11, but I'm not sure that's enough. I wish more people were giving opinions here.

Short memories they have. Wasn't it Democrat Bill Clinton that squandered the opportunity to take out Bin Laden? Wouldn't that make it the Democrats fault?

Sibs,

Guiliani is as far left as Hillary on may issues. That is scary!!! He masquerades as republican but acts democrat.

The closest to my candidate is Fred Thompson who will hopefully run. As a moderate who is soft on immigration, he is far from perfect but the closest to my desires for this country. I would only hope I could convince him to address the border issue with more reality.

I would like to see just one Republican run on a platform to punish traitors, both present and past to the fullest extent of the law. Wouldn't Hanoi Jane, Kerry, Baker, Pelosi and a few others just love that. It would confuse and WOW the enemy just enough to get a good President. That would make 2008 a real party!

I like Newt, but think he would not stand a chance. The recording of his cell phone call was phoney and he bought it. Always wondered about that.

I like Newt too. I must confess that I'm rather ignorant of many of the repubs in the running. Seems like it's just too early to start the campaigning. My middle son, he'll be 21 this summer, says that when he and his friends get out of school and into the world they are gonna change things!! Fortunately he's a good conservative.

An interesting tidbit about Rudy....

<Lobbying efforts on behalf of Venezuelan oil company Citgo>

<In March of 2007 it was revealed that the Bracewell & Giuliani law firm was acting as a lobbyist on behalf of the Venezuelan state-owned petroleum company Citgo in Texas.[136] Citgo had been the focus of boycott efforts[137] due to the Socialist policies of President Hugo Chavez and allegations by the U.S. Government that Venezuela has "not cooperated" in the War on Terror.[138]>

Didn't we say that too? We did. ATM's, Internet, cell phones, etc. Human element is still just the same if not worse.

You're right. A lot of the social problems we have are the result of young people wanting to change the world which is good, just didn't work out quite right in my opinion. He and his friends are looking at some of the things our generation have created and not liking it. We've got to have some faith in the younger generation and fortunately they're not all fools(aka dims) :D

To be fair to Rudy, the law firm was representing Citgo long before he became a Partner.

Read this:

I would vote for either Duncan Hunter or Tom Tancredo in a heartbeat.

Fred Thompson is a little more moderate than I would like, but he also has cancer. I know they say it's the slow growing kind, but I don't want somebody who has serious health problems coming in, and then possibly have to go through some lengthy treatments, especially not with who the third person in line to be president is. That's scary! :o

I'm with you on Tom Tancredo. The only place I've read about his candacy, though is on WND. No other news place has said anything about his running. I don't know anything about Hunter, but will check him out.

You go to church, you believe that our nation needs spiritual support and you must also believe that we didn't get where we are without God. Thompsons cancer may be present, but all that does is make faith a requirement for supporting him. I'm in!

Of course I believe in all those things. It wasn't a "faith" based decision I made concerning Fred Thompson. As I said on the abortion thread anything can happen to any of us at any time, so I understand that any of the candidates may have a smoldering disease that they don't even know about yet, but we know Fred Thompson has cancer, and that makes me feel kind of uncertain about him being the best person for the job.

My 'gut' tells me that what we as a country need is Tom Tancredo or Duncan Hunter.

The illegal immigration issue encompasses so many things that this country is in need of right now.

Securing the borders not only keeps out the flow of illegal immigrants and the cost to our country that it brings with it, ie...education, health care, jobs, taxes, welfare, gang violence and other crime. It will stop our enemies who may be transporting WMD's from having easy access into our country.

I feel like th illegal immigration problem is so far out of hand, that if we don't do something soon, our entire country will be taken over by Mexico. If they had an allegiance to the United States, that migt not be so bad, but they don't, so I would prefer that they stay in their own country.

I am voting for Duncan Hunter or Tom Tancredo...the only two men who are willing to fight for our country. When foreigners invade the US, isn't that a declaration of war? I am wondering why our current politicians don't see the devastating affects of this fiasco. I am outraged, and quite frankly, shocked that they allow this to go on.

I live in Duncan Hunter's district and have voted for him for congress. I would not hesitate to vote for him for President.

Duncan Hunter

Hunter Qualifications

Hunter the Congressman

compare Hunter/Rudy/Mitt

The paper here tried to dig up dirt on him but were unable to find ANYTHING. They tried to make a big deal out of his home being undervalued for taxes but it died out when it was discoverd that it was an error in the tax assessors office.

He has a son that is a Marine. He is headed for Iraq and it's not his first tour.

"It's better to have them shooting at me there than shooting at people here," Hunter said Monday.

This will be Hunter's third tour in Iraq. Last month, Hunter announced
that he is running for the 52nd Congressional District seat his father
has held since 1981.

He is running for his dad's congressional office.

Duncan D. Hunter

I am going to vote for him.

My preference would be a Hunter/Tancredo ticket. I wouldn't care which was for president.

At this time there is no one else I want to vote for. The dims are even worse than the 'pub's.

What a waste!!!!

I'm with you Herb, I want the same ticket. Political perfection!

If you haven't gotten the chance yet, please take a few minutes today or tomorrow to call the White House, and your representaives. Please let them know that we don't apprecia foreigners in our country making demands at these protest marches. There is a long line of LEGAL applicants waiting to come into the US. No need to let the criminal illegals stay.

It only takes a few minutes, and it is greatly appreciated. :D
