Got this fake request in my email:

Dear Customer,

We appreciate your patience in helping us creating a safe environment for your account.

Oh I have SUCH fun with those emails!!! I also use the Neotrace program to find out where they are coming from and also forward that mail and a nice complaint to thier ISP.
