During NBC's Nightly News, soldiers expressed frustration with
opposition back home--most notably those who say they support
the troops, but not the war. NBC war analyst and Washington
Post.com reporter William Arkin shot back, scolding the troops.

"We pay the soldiers a decent wage, take care of their families,
provide them with housing and medical care and vast social support
systems and ship obscene amenities into the war zone for them,
we support them in every possible way, and their attitude is
that we should in addition roll over and play dead, defer to
the military and the generals and let them fight their war,
and give up our rights and responsibilities to speak up because
they are above society?"

I could respond, but I'll defer to Specialist Tyler Johnson,
who is serving his first tour in Iraq. "You may support or
say we support the troops, but, so you're not supporting what
they do, what they're here sweating for, what we bleed for,
what we die for. It just don't make sense to me."

It doesn't make sense to me either, Tyler.

Republicans and Democrats are sharply divided on the issue of
global warming. A recent "Congressional Insiders" poll conducted
by the National Journal reported that 95 percent of Democrats
in Congress believe in global warming, and 84 percent of the
GOP believe it is little more than "junk science."

Is global warming really about rising temperatures, or rising taxes?

I hope the libs keep it up and show the country again what jack-ass's(you would think people woulddn't forget given their symbol is an ass) they really are. The only problem is people are being hypmotized and brainwashed by this bias media that would elect Howdy Dudie as long as he ran as a Democrat.
