This is happening VERY close to this ANGRY AMERICAN  Illegal Alien / Child Abuser skates off on $5000 bond and fails to show up for hearing.
I was listening to the local radio this morning, and the local pols were spewing state laws on how a bail is set on prior convictions and what the "judge feels as as a "just" bail". In fact, here is the DA's response:
Yea, right asshat - the ILLEGAL is probably halfway to Mexico City by now! |

I don't understand why these judges keep turning risky people out on bail. Don't they think before beforehand?

No ... being a judge (and apparently DA) doesn't make them smart ... even a little bit

Sexual assault is a crime that if this southern boy could sentence the offender/s they would be swinging next to Hussein. But someone who does this to a child, I would start at keel-hauling after that drawn and quartered then I would get mad      |

Was trying to think of what to do with 'em up nort here: 1) Tie em up and let Brett Favre use them for target practice 2) Use them for bear bait - if da bears don't want 'em, maybe the wolves will 3) Don't have no gaitors or snakes here, but they could make some darn good mosquito food 4) Leave em out in the pasture with the orny steer (you know the one that's been deprived of his steer duties for some time) 5) drop em off about a mile out in Lake Michigan, for a little swim back to shore....in January 6) tie 'em up naked in the calve's pen (with a little milk spilled on him) 7) Duck huntin' with Dick Cheney 8) Deer huntin' with a nice brown coat, and some antlers glued to his head 9) mounted on Sunshine's truck hood as an ornament when she's drivin' in the winter 10) bait for sturgeon fishin' |

There, fixed that. More on this in the local paper. I gotta admit, O'Reilly didn't have the right facts - using the mother's quote for the deportation status of the illegal. For all he or she knew, the illegal may have actually told her that he was deported and returned. Bill will probably acknowlege his mistake here, and will have learned from it. You can darn well count on the left smearing him over it! The paper/court officials smear Bill with this, but fail to recognize their own fault in not checking all the facts - the ILLEGAL ALIEN STATUS of this criminal. And I hope THEY have learned from it, but I'm not holding my breath. |

isn't that the story that he (O'Reilly) said he was going to follow up with a full report on Monday? The article said the illegal/fugitive had a minor record..... "He had a minor record … no other assaultive behavior and then you have the crime itself, which was a touching, a serious case." Any record at all for an illegal alien should be something. I know a zillion people who have NO record.....why is a minor record on a non-citizen okay?   Considering the nature of the new charges is serious......why only $5,000? if that is a common practice....it should be changed. NOW!!! |

Since it is so far from CA to a good swamp: I like the idea of tying them to a rock at low tide and watching the tide come in.

Since you live in CA, why not put them in a car with no brakes and let them drive down El Cajon Pass!

Bill had one of the local court officials on last night and railed into him. You could see that the guy was not going to fight Bill. He did make the continued excuse that "based on prior cases, they felt this bail would hold this criminal". I wish I had time to investigate this at the Brown County courthouse myself. And find out what the bails were set at for illegal aliens and for what felonies. Maybe Bill's investigative team will be able to do so. One thing was for sure - BILL WAS PO'd - so was my wife. |

I watched the repeat of Bill at 4am.... He sure was Po'd - and he didn't take the excuse of prior cases either - he said if it's true it's wrong - GO BILL!!! They will continue to work on it - I am sure. He is "all riled up" about child abuse and he hasn't let go of a story yet. Although I don't always agree with him, I love him. (I should add, I agree with him about this!!) Kudos to Bill...

That's great. Did you email it to O'Reilly? He should know that it was probably him that made a difference. It is sickening though....another case like this so quick. 21 and 16 is wrong - but happens all the time - but once he found out she was 14 - he should've ran like crazy.... |

I was kind of hoping the parents of the girl found him after the courts released him. A little old time justice would have been a good thing. |

YEP - sent to Bill! Hope he reads it and gives himself and his crew an "atta boy" well deserved. Mainly, I was hoping he followed this one as well, to make sure that the bail DOES NOT DECREASE! If it does -

from HERE by Jim Kouri, CPP Thousands of Illegal Aliens Preying on Children January 02, 2007 07:12 PM EST Top officials at the Department of Homeland Security had announced that arrests during the first two years of Operation Predator, an initiative aimed at foreign nationals who prey on children, have exceeded 6,000. The majority of the arrests under Operation Predator -- roughly 85% -- have involved foreign nationals in this country whose child sex crimes make them eligible for removal from the United States. By matching immigration databases with state Megan’s law directories, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have arrested more than 1,800 registered sex offenders. With federal, state and local law enforcement working together, the initiative has resulted in 6,085 child predator arrests throughout the country -- an average of roughly 250 arrests per month and eight arrests per day. While arrests have been made in every state, most have occurred in these states: Arizona (207), California (1,578), Florida (255), Illinois (282), Michigan (153), Minnesota (190), New Jersey (423), New York (367), Oregon (148) and Texas (545). "We are seeing an alarming number of illegal aliens with criminal records for everything from homicides to rapes of children as young as three years of age," states former NYPD Detective Sid Francis, who investigated sex crimes in New York City. Research in the area of child pedators is disturbing and, at times, out and out shocking. Det. Francis studied arrest reports involving criminal aliens who committed child sex crimes including Julio Cesar Rabago-Magana, a Mexican man who sexually assaulted a four-year-old child in a basement in Minneapolis, Minn. Rabago-Magana pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct. After serving his criminal sentence, he was arrested by Immigration agents at his St. Paul home and deported six days later. "The illegal immigration problem is allowing hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens to invade our nation and kill, maim, rob and abuse our citizens, " warns the one of the vice presidents of the 14,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police. Research revealed that in one 9-month period the federal government arrested over 100,000 criminal aliens. These arrests do not include arrests made by state and local law enforcement. Det. Francis adds that our political leaders and the mainstream news media practically ignore this issue and pro-llegal immigration advocates resort to name-calling to silence anyone who attempts to sound the alarm. "If anything, the President and the two houses of Congress are actually helping these fiends enter the US to assault citizens and their children. They appear more intent on locking up border patrol agents that stopping illegal alien thugs." Jim Kouri, CPP is currently fifth vice-president of the National Association of Chiefs of Police. He's former chief at a New York City housing project in Washington Heights nicknamed "Crack City" by reporters covering the drug war in the 1980s. In addition, he served as director of public safety at a New Jersey university and director of security for several major organizations. He's also served on the National Drug Task Force and trained police and security officers throughout the country. He writes for many police and crime magazines including Chief of Police, Police Times, The Narc Officer, Campus Law Enforcement Journal, and others, and he's a columnist for TheConservativeVoice.Com. He's appeared as on-air commentator for over 100 TV and radio news and talk shows including Oprah, McLaughlin Report, CNN Headline News, MTV, Fox News, etc. His book Assume The Position is available at Amazon.Com, Booksamillion.com, and can be ordered at local bookstores. Kouri holds a bachelor of science in criminal justice and master of arts in public administration and he's a board certified protection professional. |
