Has been 5 weeks since my op with Dr Shackleford at CMTC. Pain is still worse than it was before the surgery. Have really bad pain in right hip and foot and lower back itself. Should I have been feeling better by now? Still can't bend at all or sit for 10 seconds without it hurting, walking causes pain as well. I am a young man (28), and am worried that adr was a bad idea, as I have seen so many videos and stories about people much older than me recovering much faster.
And I have a follow up appt in 2 weeks time, don't know what I am going to say.
