My update is that my nerve pain is just as bad now although more generalised. Glutes, hamstrings, all the way to the feet. All just sciatic i guess, but it makes for a pretty miserable day. Much worse in the mornings. The drugs dont seem to help much - maybe sometimes a high dose of codeine kills it for a couple of hours.
Been the same for a while now, although i guess its early days - 22 days post-ADR.
Managing one shortish walk a day and a few exercises here and there, but thats all mainly for the back, which i'm sure would be much improved if only the nerve aches were not hindering energy levels. So frustrating.

Anyway, hey-ho, just a waiting game i guess and maybe a trip to the GP to see what else is on offer in the drugs department.
