Many thanks for that Lynda, I had seen these posts before and they do look similar and thank you for attaching my x-rays on to my posts above, as you said they may help someone else so thank you for that.

I am not going to go into detail too much as this present moment as I am at the very early stages of looking at this matter but I have had contact with another surgeon regarding this issue and they have seen the x-rays. I took a shot in the dark and contacted them after some advise. I never really expected a response but I was very happy that I did.
The consultant agreed with me and said it did not look great, futher images were requested which have now been sent. I have to wait now to see what the out come is.
I know that there is a possible problem with the L1/2 disc which will be looked at in turn to.
Hoping that the wait isn't too long!

Hope everyone is as well as can be and not in too much pain, Take care

Really sorry to hear that this is happening to you Kirst after all the struggle you have had with the distance to have your operation in the first place. Hope you get some answers very soon and that you can get some help soon as to how it can be rectified and hopefully get you out of all the pain you are still suffering. It must be so disheartening for you.

[/B]Since posting this I have found out that the M6l that I had fitted in September 2011 has 'frooze' in the wedge shape show in the pictures. Although since those pictures were taken I have had more recent one in which the plates are now touching at the back. Therefore because if the freeze the disc is not moving at all although my body is moving around it. I have been told that it is too risky to do anything about this. I am sure this is where some of the pain is coming from! Has anyone ever heard of this before? Plus is this something that needs to be reported to manufactures or such like.
I am completely baffled about this and I wonder what this could do to me physically long term!
