Hi Gilly, Having now had my lumbar surgery I feel better placed to reinforce what I said previously :rolleyes: Neither of my neck surgeries were any near as problematic as my lumbar one and I already feel the lumbar is going to take far far longer tpo recover from. I sincerely hope you are feeling more positive about your decision to go ahead - I absoutely believe that it will be a breeze compared to what you have already experienced.
