Looks interesting! Is this a recent one? If so how do the experts say things are looking? |

Thanks for sharing Mrs R, very interesting picture. How is your pain these days? Any improvements? |

May 2008 onwards - Lumbar facet injections - First post-op ones four years post surgery, have lost count of the number I've had since then but they do help. Pre-op they didn't make much difference- Mr Shackleford, Warrington Feb 2008 - Cervical TDR, (Activ C's) C5/6 & C6/7- Mr Shackleford, Warrington May 2006 - Craniotomy and resection frontal lobe brain tumour - The Walton Centre for Neurology and Neurosurgery Feb 2004 - Lumbar TDR, (ProDisc's) L4/5 & L5/S1 - Mr Shackleford, Warrington | |

No Lynda, it's still the same as when I left Input. I've been told it is permanent. |

Whilst my pain hasn't improved i have got better at managing it over the last couple of years. Has what you did at INPUT helped? |

Yes it has helped enormously, that's why I did my Input post giving a full description. I think more people should know about chronic neuropathic pain as the legs/feet pain I have now is far worse and harder to control than the back pain which made me have my surgery in the first place. I have got some benefits out of my surgery but on balance I think I was much better off before I had it. |

You must be so devastated that you are worse than before your op Mrs R but I am pleased to hear that you got some benefits for Input. Gilly xxx |
