Hi Anybody had a trapped nerve in the vertabrae lower than the one you had ADR on, if yes how long did it last for because I'm sure all my inflammation has gone now? I had ADR on L4 - L5 but my left leg tightness suggests trapped nerve in L5- S1 now. Down the front siides of leg (the left side as usual) All my L4 - L5 symptoms have gone down the backs of my legs. I'm on pregabalin but I don't think it is making any difference. The nerve doesn't need settling it needs freeing. Any advice? Rgards Carl |
