Definitely the more accepting area for when it comes to mutants, one can find such places as the Museum of Mutant History. You can also find the Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate bridge. Alcatraz also lurks nearby. This is also the new home of the X-Men - San Francisco's newest protectors.

The new home base of the X-Men post MRA in San Francisco. The facility is built to look like a mutant community center, with the entire building being living quarters, as well as a living environment. However, just like the Xavier School was, the actual base is situated underground. There are the same features, such as the Danger Room, Cerebro room, a room for aircrafts like the Blackbird, and so fourth. In front of the industries, stand a tall statue of the late Charles Xavier.

Definitely the busiest port for San Francisco Bay and all of Northern California.

Located at the southern end of San Francisco Bay. Like Oakland, there are plenty of areas to explore.

Though it's the smallest area of the five boroughs of NYC, this is where most of the action takes place when it comes to your average invasion.

District X, or Mutant Town, has become the newest borough in New York. Although humans are in Mutant Town, they are a minority. The district had flourished under the MRA but now that it has been appeal the mutants here are now suffering worse then before. Crime is on the rise and groups like the X-men have lost favor with most in the district.

There is so much in Africa. There are large savannas, massive deserts, countries such as Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Morrocco, and even the Island of Genosha!

Once served as an allegory for slavery, would soon later become a mutant homeland. Ruled by Magneto, Genosha is it's own country and also the home of the Brotherhood of Mutants, as well as most of Magneto's followers.

The home of over fifty countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and Germany. One may also find Muir Island, Latveria, and even near Europe in the Atlantic, is none other than Atlantis.

A very large continent, with the world's largest section of the population. Some well known countries are China, Japan, India, and Korea.

This continent is made up of more than just the United States. Here you can find Jamaica, Cuba, Central America itself, and Canada!

This is still on Earth. However, this is for anything that takes place in the skies. That goes from plane rides, to air fighting between Iron Man and Thor.

Simple. It could be anywhere in the open space whether you are traveling to another planet, or just having a blast flying in space.

One of the most advanced space-faring civilisations, it was the Shi'ar who created the the Inhumans. The Shi'ar have been a threat to earth of several occasions, but often they've had amicable relations. It depends on who's in charge, really.
