Territory belongs to those who have the will to hold it. California and the southwest were taken from Mexico and Mexico is in the process of taking it back, aided and abetted by liberal open borders radicals and rightists who are exploiting the cheap labor. We have no one to blame but ourselves for this situation, the Mexicans are simply taking advantage of our weakness. |

I think the United States would benefit substantially if we where to give California back to Mexico. We should make them take New York and Massachusetts as well as part of a package deal. |

Just be sure to register with the INS, as we do need any more illegals. :dance |

Thank you so very much for the invitation to immigrate, should it become necessary. But I won't need to check with INS, no sir, I have my ways of getting in undetected!! Heck there are many experts in this field living here already . I can call upon them for advice. And Fr. Mike, I was not offended by your post. I was trying to be "cute". It fell a little flat. Next time you are in (or if you are ever in) CA again, come and visit us in the San Joaquin Valley, the heart of CA. we might surprise you in a nice way! :thumb |

Cowsr4me, I spent two weeks in and around Stocton, Lodi, Gault last June. Are you in the dailry business? I visited the county fair and they had a glass fronted dairy exhibit where you could watch the 4-H members milk the cows with machines. I believe I was told that the dairy industry was big around the valley there. Merry Christmas Fr. Mike :snoglo |

That's fine with me to make fun of California. We did it to ourselves. We have rules and we didn't enforce them. I have a friend that had is own landscaping bussiness and it was destroyed by illegals because he wouldn't hire them. In fact he would turn them in. The authorities didn't do anything. He would see them living under foundation which the house was already accupied by families of illegals. He tried his best, but I have to hand it to him he never hire them. Another friend had to move out of state. He was in the drywall bussiness. A couple of times in San Clemente I couln't leave Rite Aid because of a fight in the parking lot between gangs. Another time a illegal was stab and laying in the bushes in front of the store. A good friend of mine opened up a jet ski bussiness in San Clemente and above the building was a 2 bedroom apartment with four families living in it. The ceiling was leaking and couldn't figure out was was going on. He found out later it was pee. I remember one day coming home and having a gang member in my back yard. He was running for his life becuause the San Clemente gang was after him. He was from the San Juan Gang. I live in Capistrano Beach. I guess maybe that's a neutral place. My husband came home and saw police down the road and he passed our house and saw what was going on. He notified the police and they arrested him. The illegal wanted to use my phone to call his mom. He lied he called his girlfrind. I didn't let him in the house. I dropped the phone to him above the decking. I'm not against Mexicans, I have a lot of friends that are Mexicans. They are against illegals, infact they are pretty vocal about it. People make fun of California but I know for sure it's going to happen to your state in time. You'll see. Xmastree |

Well as a matter of fact Fr. Mike. I am a Dairyman's daughter. We sold the dairy when I was 20 years old, and that was 27 years ago. I was once one of those 4 H ers. I raised dairy replacment heifers (no wise cracks here please) We all worked on the dairy. My Dad still says I was the best Calf raiser he has ever known. I had a death rate in my calf barn of less than 1%. And you are also correct that the Valley has MANY dairies. So my new title of "Dairy-aire" is correct! Today I am an elementary school teacher, still love cows and milk. If I was clever enough I would have a cute cow picture by my name! :mmwah |
