I was folding laundry while the DW (thanks Queen Mum) was drying my daughters' hair so I wasn't really paying attention. I came in to the show after the first half hour.

I was waiting for the commercial so I could drop another load in the washer when I realized the episode was commercial free.

After it ended, they showed a marine coming back from the war in an airport somewhere.

The commercial was entitled "homecoming" and it was tied into the show's plot tonight. I watched the commercial and enjoyed it immensely. Kid comes home from the war, dad drives up in his older Mustang Cobra and talks about how he got it when he came home from his "tour of duty". Then he lifts up the garage door and ... Well, you gotta see it for yourself.

www.nbc.com has a link to the commercial, but it plays in extremely low resolution (at least it did on my computer). I wish I could find a hi-res download. That one's a keeper. It lasts about 3 minutes. Made me feel good.

Have a good week everyone.

Didn't see it but we have a man here in town that just bought two of them for his kids. Said he had one when he was a teenager and wanted his kids to experience a real muscle car. 300 HP V8's. Very sharp and real quick. I would love to have one but don't have 30 G's to play with.

Hi Eric,
We didn't see the show, but just went to the nbc site and watched it. Our resolution was fine. That is a great commercial. Thanks for posting about it.
