Big news about about James Blake Miller, from a small town in Kentucky, the Marlboro man in Iraq. He says he does not want anything from his PICTURE POSTED around The USA. He risked his life going to Iraq and I think this young kid should get an agent and make millions. He smokes three packs a day so he had better hurry up, and get a contract with the company that owns Marlboro, to take care of him and family in the future. women around the USA are writing in by the thousands and all want to meet him. His picture was takem by a reporter who was embedded with his unit. Lets all pray that he makes it home alive along with all the other soldiers fighting in Iraq. Should he go for the big bucks? By the way,his picture was taken in the heart of fallujah on a roof top I believe. I do not know how to post his picture but you can get it by going to drudge report. slobote |

Judging from the response, I guess nobody cares about the (government issue) in Iraq, (aka )GI's. slobote |

I think he's a fool if he has an opportunity to "cash in" on this and doesn't take it. The only problem that I can see for him is most companies will look at it as promoting smoking which makes him a second class citizen to most. Maybe a cigarette company can use him for advertising which they might be able to do anyway without paying him since he is government issue. Just guessing. |

If so many women want to meet him (me included :dance ) then he doesn't really need to do commericals for cigarettes. Calvin Klein underwear! Yeah, I'd like to see him doing that. 3 packs a day, that beats my personal record! |

Yep, would take him along! On second thought....em, nope! I smoke about 1 1/2 packs a day, was up to almost 2 1/2 but cut back some.\ Never tried a cigar, I find they stink! I tried cigarillos, don't know if you have them here in the states. The look like SlimJims and they don't stink that much. You're into cigars, what brand? Cuban Wave? |

I like lots of them. Non Cuban Partagus is my favorite. Smoked a Cohiba cuban the other night, it was awesome. Try a good one but DO NOT inhale. Lots of women smoke cigars. $5 to !0 will buy a decent one. A Macanudo would be a good one to start with. |

$5 for a cigar? Geez! But I guess you don't smoke 50 a day. Probably not for me. I like the smell of a pipe (okay, I'm not sure how you call it over here but I don't mean a pot pipe). My uncle use to smoke pipe with vanilla scented tobacco, it smelled like vanilla ice cream. |

They make flavored cigars, Cojimars are good. Wife smokes one every now and then. I don't much like them, too sweet for me. The Cubans sell for between $12 and $20+, I don't get them often. LOL |

With the amount I smoke I probably don't spend anymore that you do. A cigar will last about an hour average. Those cigarettes will kill you. LOL Heck, all I get from cigars is lip cancer. |

Uh, back to the topic, maybe that GI should take up cigars, I wonder if they can buy them in Iraq. |

Now that you say it....yep, the cigarette is fake, right? I used to do a lot of touch up for a friend using Paint Shop. The secret is to make the added object to appear to be in the same light conditions as the rest of the photo. The cigarette shouldn't be that white. |
