Rogues ears perked up as she woke up from a short nap to see two other lionesses squabbling over some zebra bones. As she watched in amusement seeing as it hardly seemed something worth fighting over seeing as there was no meat on it but the hunger around hear did drive some of them to do stupid things. She held her head up and perked up as she scanned the area for anything remotely interesting before giving out a quiet yawn. She herd her stomach growl as she remembered she hadn't eaten anything in two days apart from some mice that had been unlucky enough to run into her but that hardly counted as a meal. she slowly stood up and stretched her long slim body out before shacking some dust out of her now muddy orange coat. Her mouth was dry and tasted like dry mud and dust witch wasn't unusual for the out lands. she lazily looked around for any potential food but she should no better by now nothing with half a brain would come hear unless it had a death wish she quickly gave out a loud sight before heading towards the pride lands slowly and steadily. It took a while for her to reach her destination since she wasn't in much of a hurry despite how hungry she was she rarely showed much enthusiasm for anything. As she got to the pride lands she slunk down low to try and avoid any unnecessary attention. The quicker she could get in and out of hear the better after all any pridelanders spotting her could be a deadly mistake. But she had to take the risk since if she didn't eat soon she would likely starve to death and she would rather die trying then to simply waste away. It didn't take her long to spot on of the many herds of zebras that roamed around hear she hadn't been hear in so long she had almost forgotten how lush and healthy the lands where. As she gave a quiet lazy smug smile as she crouched down lower keeping her eyes on the prize now it was time to play the waiting game. |

It was mid-afternoon when the large bull elephant decided on taking a stroll through the vast grasslands--a favorite spot to chat with the locals and get all of the day's information. Chion, especially, eagerly awaited every day's news. Tembo wasn't sure if it was that he felt like he had missed so much that he couldn't any more, or was just very enthusiastic to resume his kingly duities. The elephant shrugged internall. Who was he to judge Chion? As he passed through a small herd of zebras, he noticed a faint feeling of unrest dangling in the air. He tapped the nearest one on the shoulder with his trunk. "Is everything alright?" He asked, but no response. The zebras, in unison, took off, sprinting around the elephant and leaving him in the dust. Gee, thanks. He thought, glancing around for the lioness that had to be nearby. His eyes focused on a dark figure, not one familiar to him. "Sorry about that." He said, friendly enough, then added, "Do I know you?" |

As Rogue stayed low to the ground she noticed a large male elephant stroll right through the middle of the herd witch was never a good sigh she let out a scowl. As she perked her ears up and focused her attention onto him not really sure what to do next since she has only had a few encounters with elephants and it would be a stupid move to try to hunt with an animal that large around. So she stopped in he tracks and slowly lay down hoping he was juts passing through so she could resume her hunt. She watched the large animals curiously then let out a slight growl when the herd of zebra made a run for it she quickly got up and sprinted a few meters before giving up. Since there was no was she would be able to catch up with them now no matter how quick on her feet she was. She then bared her teeth and used her claws to swipe at the ground scattering some mud and stones as she snapped "DANG IT!" and then her eyes widened when she saw she was too close for comfort to the large elephant then she would wish to be and she froze as she felt her heart skip a beat. After all he could easily crush her with no problem seeing the size of him and she didn't have much experience with elephants. She just stood there motionlessly until she herd him say Sorry then she took a sigh of relive seeing as it didn't seem like he was going to attack her or anything seeing this she decided to blurt out "TRY ANYTHING LIKE THAT AGAIN AL ILL BE SENDING YOU TO THE ELEPHANT GRAVEYARD" as she snorted and narrowed her eyes at him. All the hunger had made her angry and upset especially since this guy just made her loose her lunch she was probably going to have to go another day without food. She swished her tail angrily and dug her long sharp claws into the dirt with her eyes still narrowed at the male elephant. |

Tembo's trunk curled up tightly for a moment or two as a small wave of frustration washed through him. The Elephant Graveyard was a sacred place highly respected by the community of surrounding elephants. It was not something that one joked about, or even mentioned in day to day conversation. He learned that one the hard way. He uncurled and lifted up his trunk for a moment, as if he was going to say something. He briefly closed his eyes, then reopened with a deep, quick breath. Tembo eyed the scraggly-looking lioness. Definitely an outlander, but she could also be a rouge. He replied with the classic, sarcastic, "You and what army?" He laughed a little bit, diffusing the slight anger inside. "Hey, I already apologized. I'm just doing my job here." He said, trying for the life of him to recall this lioness's name. |

She just stood their silently with a scowl plastered across her face as she saw her comment had angered the elephant she jumped back abit so make sure he couldn't lash out at her with his large trunk. When he replied with her and what arm she slowly opened he mouth trying to think of something to say but couldn't she wouldn't be Abel to take down an elephant and she doubted any of the other outlanders would be stupid enough to help her even if she wanted t.o even if they were all starving they weren't stupid so she just gave out A light sigh as she sat down looking at the ground in frustration as she herd her stomach make another loud growling sound she doubted the elephant knew how hard it was for lions expressly outlanders to find food after all why would they all the had to do was eat leaves from trees and they don't exactly put up a fight. So she just sat in silents glaring at the floor she knew better then to insult the elephant further as much as she wanted to she held her tong. |

"Hey, relax." Tembo said, noticing that once again his size was intimidating the poor lioness. That was the one problem that came with his job. He needed whoever he was talking to to get comfortable with him first, which could sometimes be a little tough to do, especially with his size. He made an effort to sit down, hoping that the size difference would be slightly less intimidating now. He didn't think it helped much. This lioness looked as if she was going to bolt at the soonest opportunity. "So you're an outlander, right?" He asked, friendly enough. His ears tilted forward and a slight smile crossed his lips. |

The ground shook when the male elephant sat down and Rogue pinned her ears back and shuffled back a bit further. She didn't want be accidentally sat on with his weight. She shot him a confused look surprised by the ground shaking and she tilted her head. When she herd the male ask if she was an outlander but she wasn't exactly in the mood for small talk now after her food had just fled so she gave a snappy reply with "none of your business!" as she gave another scowl. She looked more like a upset cub. As she saw him smile, she pulled another confused face. She wasn't being the most hostel lioness in the world which made her wonder what he was grinning at so she moved her head to glance around but she couldn't see anything worth smiling at just tail grass and a few trees. So she thought maybe she had something on her face as she began to rub her paw across her brow and then she sight sighed and said "OK ill bite what are you smiling at" as she cut her eyes at him. Every so often she would look around to make sure the cost is still clear after all she didn't want any pridelanders to spot her so she was a little jumpy to say the least. |

“Hmm,” Tembo thought out loud, making a motion with his trunk similar to scratching one’s chin. “So you’re not an outlander? How about rouge?” He asked. “In that case, I hope you’re aware that these lands are not for free hunting. The king and queen don’t exactly like freeloaders.” He paused, staring at the lioness. Something about her reminded him of an outlander…maybe it was the look in her eyes. “Wait.” He said. “Just kidding. You seem like an outlander. And just what do you keep looking around for? Pridelanders to catch you? I hate to break it to you, but you are talking to the Majordomo.” |

she curiously watched the elephant scratched his chin with his trunk her ears perked up when he said she must be a rouge witch she wasn't but she wasn't going to tell him where she was from as she herd him say about no free hunting she just made a displeased snarl and then he asked if she was looking for pride landers to hunt. Her hunt pride landers she just replied to that comment with "HA yeah wright i may be an outlander but I'm not stupid" then she coved her mouth realizing she had just told him where she was from she then just swung her tail around in annoyance as she herd he was the Majordomo and she just growled and shouted "WELL I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE I'M TIRED AND HUNGRY GO TELL YOUR PRECIOUS KING AND QUEEN I DONT CARE!" as she qwickly stood up and bolted further into the pridelands |

((I'm so sorry, I forgot to add in a few words on my post xD I meant to say, "Pridelanders to catch you hunting here?" haha. " "Eeh?" Tembo grunted to himself, watching as the lioness sprinted further into Pridelander country. What an odd duck! He thought, hesitantly following in the lioness's direction. His ears flapped back, and his whole body jiggled a little bit as he attempted a half-jog. He trumpeted a quick warning as he went, certain that someone around would catch the hint and come looking for the trouble. "Please don't do this, miss." He said in her direction. "I don't want to get you in trouble." |
