Meh, there used to be a way to commit biological warfare on WoW. One of the bosses, if I remember correctly it was Hakkar from the Zul'Gurub dungeon, when killed infects all the players with a disease. When a Hunter's pet is infected with this disease, then they can quickly dismiss the pet, travel to a heavily populated area, call the pet again and kill everyone within a certain radius.
