(Stolen from 1d4chan.)

"Don't Rest Your Head (DRYH for short) is an RPG by Evil Hat where players take on the role of people who haven't slept for so long they have "awakened" to the Mad City and the Nightmares that live there
DRYH is also made of fuckwin, as a typical session might include using a voodoo teddy bear to cause a massive traffic accident, summoning legions of cannon fodder ninjas to beat up a mob of clockwork cops, or drop-kicking the incarnation of death into the depths of hell itself.
Despite the fact that the players can kick the ass of pretty much anything in the entire setting from day one....they're pretty much doomed to eventually either fall asleep and get gang-raped by the Nightmares living in the Mad City or go batshit insane and become one of them. Probably both."

1:30 at the Joe. If you're interested in playing you will need...
Paper
Pencil.
Any red, black, and white D6s you have.

And that's it!

See ya there!
EDIT

4/13, not 4/12. Today!

That sounds like the best alternative (Not D&D) RPG proposal since Joe's "The End" variant campaign of Necessary Evil. My gods, I wish now more than ever to still be in Reno.

To clarify for others, you mean 1:30 on saturday, the 13th, right?
I ask only because the post says "Don't Rest your Head 4/12" and I know that I would personally be up for such a perfectly themed game at one in the morning. lol

You are correct, sir. It's supposed to be on 4/13.
xD
Mainly I'm a derp, and so I always check what the day is when I post my games because it's normally like four in the morning of that day already.

I might be late though guys, gotta swing by the game store and pick up some of the necessary things. So don't freak out if I'm not there exactly on time.

How did it go?

Excellent.

People came up with great characters, like the highschooler who thinks he's destined to be a serial killer, the alcoholic artist whose paintings are coming to life and the department store greeter whose brain tumor tells him to do things.

They defeated the Baker of Men and the Lamprey-Men-Children.

People seemed to be suitably creeped out by the ending.

All around fun times were had!

...I didn't kill anyone though, so my time was so-so.
(Just kidding! It was great.)

Awww but yay. :) gosh I'd love to join mad city. The RPG. Not for real. I tried to purchase a copy online and after the transaction, the file wouldn't go through :(

Of course if I played, the character would be too easy. I would either be "a copy of a copy of a copy", or "What's it going to be then, eh?"
You know who you are when I say I'm sure you know the two characters I'm talking about. *about whom I am talking.
Or better yet- "Well. It's a long story. Come closer and I'll tell you. It all started... yesterday."
