Tanis teleported high above the battle area into the sky. He drew Ragnarok and chanted. "Drihtanc uv dra ypocc". A black hole looking object appeared high in the sky and from it rained contstant lightning strikes, but there was no actual rain. Tanis teleported into the alley where Tink was hiding to get out of sight for a while. He couldn't see her behind the rubish. He fell to his knees, that thunder storm had drained almost every ounce of magic in him. With the light being blocked out by the black hole thingy, he blended into the wall fairly well, he had to stay here for a while to regain energy from the electricity the storm left with its constnat stream of lightning. (OOC: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY I got one, 1199 left. why does that sudden;y remind me of 32 bottles of beer on the wall. Anyway with the static this storm would be leaving lets just say that your hair would be frizzy and spending too long in it can give you temporary paralysis) |

OOC: I'm not terribly apreciative of your style here, it's a bit overpowering. With your lightning storm, despite the fact that it cost so much energy to create, it also costs energy to maintain, due to the fact, that meteorogically, if the storm wasn't there in the first place, it means the conditions aren't right for one, which means you would have to keep powering it to maintain it. Also, you completely disregarded Xish's dart. Also, you gathering your wits and stamina, after disabling 24 full grown men, and killing one, and then going off to imediately, teleport and support yourself in the air, while summoning a particularily large and dangerous storm, isn't exactly plausible. |

(OOC: Yeah well 1200 men is a little overpowering for one mage so whatever. He dogded the dart when he teleported. He didn't levitate he fell, but was so high that he was able to finish the storma and teleport out of being pancaked. I was going to keep adding to it, and with the electricity from it in the air that Tanis can absorb, and Tanis' arsenal of potions, he can hold it. I'm sorry Illi but we're playing two different games, yours is that everyone is equal, mine is that a hero can fight off 50 men and live to tell of it.) Tanis leant against the wall and absorbed all stray electricity. He pulled out a potion and skulled it, his magic regrowth rate increased. He put his hand up and sent more of his energy into the storm then drew a set of exploding potions and threw them mainly at the army groups but a few at thew archers. |

Tink cowered beneath her camouflage of rubbish, now wishing that she'd done as Tanis had asked. But noooo, she'd had to come back and spy, hadn't she? Stupid idiot...You always have to be difficult, don't you? Oh well, hopefully if she stayed still, nobody would notice her. |

OOC: This army deal was approved by lil, it is not unfair or powerplaying, if a religious monarchy sends out most of it's army after some scrawny mage. To summon a storm of this quality would take, at least a good half minute, it takes less than a quarter of that to fall to the ground, also you would have needed a moment to gather your wits after teleporting there. Plus, there's always more strategic ways of scaring of and incredibly religious army *sigh*. From what you wrote, it gave the impression he was hovering. Give some credit to Xish, she's is a well trained bounty hounter, could change careers to assassin if she wished, she noticed how much energy you spent and the confusion around you, she knew it would take at least a couple of moments for him to be able to escape or tank his way out of the situation, it takes barely half a second for a dart to reach it's target at that range. Have it your way *shrug* Xish swept a trained eye over the scene, a few of the Equinus section were gibbering something about going to hell and demons and such. She sniffed at their stupidity, was this Tanis around with someone, she'd had her eye on him in earlier times, he was often accompanied lately. She darted stealthily along the rooftops, as the rest of the archers in the other section, looked for the target.s The army was quite lucky with which area they'd found Tanis in, the lightning strikes being diverted through to the taller spires in the area. One stray bolt struck the water fountain in the middle of the square, water sprayed every where, drenching the first few ranks. The soldiers having their shields still raised, the potions bounced of exploding. Imediately, all the archers still concious let their arrows fly into the darkness where the arrows had come from, at least one likely to reach the target. The potions exploded spectacularily, knocking off a couple of unlucky men and squires in the first ranks of both armies, all sections retreated a couple of steps, forming into a more defensive stance, waiting for the blast to die down. The potion aimed at the roofs missed miserably, falling down and blowing the side of the house in. The roof lurched unsteadily and the archers stepped to more solid ground. Tally: Draco: 1d24p/50 archers, 16p2d/340 knights, 1p/10 squires Lupus: 50 archers, 18p3d/340 knights, 2p/10 squires Equinus: 25(distracted)/50 archers, 20p4d/340 knights, 3p1d/10 squires |

(OOC:I'm supposing they were actually aimed at me, rather than the people firing the arrows, but i can still hope, i'll have to dodge it for safety anyway then) Tanis quickly drew another potion and skulled it. he teleported in front of the draco squadron. He smirked suspiciously, lightning striking behind him giving him an eerie lighting. "cuhel pmyta" he said softly drawing Ragnarok and holding it in front. His attack speed increased dramatically. he leapt into the group and started slashing at all close enough enemies. After a short while he teleported back to the ally. He tossed his cloak to the ground, now it was just rags, holes all over the place. He fell onto his knee. He had been hit. He pulled out another potion and slowly struggled to drink it. He knelt there breathing heavily waiting for the potion to seal the slash. |

Something big was happening, and Tink wanted to know what it was, but there was no way she was going to stick her head out from under her rubbish shelter. Some dirt fell from the rubbish, right on her head, just as she was breathing in. Uh oh. She held her nose. She could feel a sneeze coming on. Don't you DARE sneeze now! "ACHOO!" Dammit. Tink froze. Perhaps nobody had heard her? Hopefully not. The rubbish shelter chose that moment to fall down, leaving her exposed. On the roof, an archer must have spotted her. Tink heard a shrill whining sound, then something slammed into her chest, knocking her backwards. "Aaaaah!" she screamed, writhing in pain. She'd been shot. The arrow was sticking out of her chest. She didn't know what to do. She'd never been life-threateningly shot before. The pain was overwhelming. She lost consciousness. |

Tanis turned as he heard the scream, his eyes widened in horror. "Tink" he screamed not worrying about being hidden anymore. He ran to her, he checked her vitals, she was alive, but not for long. He picked her up and walked into the middle of where all the buildings containing archers stood, a huge sphere appeared around them lightning flying from it in all directions. Tanis put his hand up so tht his palm faced the terrible storm cloud above. "You will pay" He yelled softly sobbing. The cloud seemed to be absorbed back down through the sphere into Tanis. He looked up at the archers, rage flowing through his eyes. "She wasn't, involved, you didn't need to hurt her" He struggled to say through gritted teeth. Huge bolts started flying from the sphere destroying the buildings all the archers were on. The yet another wave of bolts were sent out to destroy the rubble and anyone who survived the fall. Tanis turned his back on the rest and walked for the exit to the city and then to about 50 metres outside the city. Tanis placed Tink on the grass and then returned to the road. He pulled out five potions and skulled them all, not fearing for any health risks. He started powering up, lightning jumping from every part of his body, his hair looked like it itself was a thunderstorm, flashing gold and then going back to silver. He concentrated and formed all of the magic that he had at his disposal into a huge lightning bolt, five metres in diameter, he fired it at the city, when it reached the gates to the city it crumbled them making the pass ungothroughable and continued on, hopefully taking out at least a block of buildings. Tanis turned back to Tink rage still flowing through him uncontraollably. He reached down and checked her vitals again, she had gotten worse, giving her a potion now wouldn't be enough. He quickly wondered what to do and only one thing came to him. He quickly removed the arrow, then using the last of his magic power teleported to her location making a fusion. Straight away the pain was unbearble, they pulled out Tanis' last remaining potion and downed it hopeing that it would be enough to seal up the wound and bring Tink back. They waited for it to take affect, Tanis put their hand on their chest. "What the.." they said shockedly, then patting their groin. "Where's my" they said almost screaming " EEP" "We're a girl" Tanis said |

There was a light...a pretty light...It was all blue and sparkly... And then it was gone. Just like that. Tink felt disappointed. She'd wanted to know what was beyond the light... "Aaaaah!" Tink woke up, feeling disoriented. She tried to move. Things looked...Weird. She felt like she wasn't alone. Looking down, she screamed again. "Yaaaah! WHAT HAPPENED?!?!" |

Tanis got them up, wow everything looked so different when you weren't tall. "Don't worry Tink, it's just a saving you from dieing thing, just let me explain" Tanis said softly. It must of looked so weird, like they were insane or something, half frieking out, half trying to stop frieking out. |

"Well, I'm not dead anymore!" Tink said, her voice shaking. "I didn't go into the pretty blue light, I'm not dead!" She paused, and they took a few deep breaths. "Oh this is weird...What did you do?!" |

"Fusion, and before you ask, we can't unfuse, I used the last of my magic to do it, we either walk to Morganheith to get one of my potions, or wait for my energy to return" Tanis said lowly looking up at the sky. It was pitchblack, though the storm had gone, it had left a terrible mark on the sky, most likely only temporary but, it would be remembered with its creepyness. A sound came from the other direction, it was the dragons, they had arrived finally, straight away they headed for the town, firing at anything that they could, there were 10 in total. |

"So...You're saying that we're...Stuck in the same body?" Tink asked in disbelief. "You...I...We're...Oh, great..." A sudden thought struck her. "Oh, Gods! I DIED! I got killed! The blue light...It...I..." If she'd been alone, she would have collapsed. But because she wasn't, she didn't. "You saved me again, Tannie." she said quietly. "How many times do I owe you my life now?" |

"0, nothing would of happened if i wasn't there, and you didn't die, you were only close to, I'm just a danger to you, you wouldn't need saving if it wasn't for me" Tanis said softly, turning their back, not realising that it wouldn't actually do anything. "So what do you want to do" Tanis asked softly walking them over to a pond so that they could see what they looked like. |

Tink thought about it. "Tannie, you told me to leave the markets, and I didn't. It's my fault, so don't blame yourself." Tink made them look down. "Oh, Gods, that's weird..." she said, looking at their reflection. "Oh no! We're wearing your hat! Damn!" They shrugged. "How long will it take for your magic to come back?" |
