SumoSniper walked out, Eryi following to some extent (again, I hope that's ok). "So, uhhh, do you have any ideas of where to go?" He asked, turning with a lost expession on his face. He wondered what the hell two Adults could do for a stroll in the markets. It felt oddly like something only teenagers and married couples did... then again, maybe it could build more of a relationship than just drinking themselves stupid. Possibly one where some sort of trust is involved. |

Eyrin was following, at a respectable distance. To his left, and about a step to the back. Just as she'd been taught. Eyrin had been taught a lot of things. He asked her a question. Odd... he had talked... that had not been expected. They were, out side of the bar now... she bit her bottom lip. 'Uhh... I don't know.' she said softly, unsure of what to do. Equal and loving relationships weren't exactly Eyrin's forte. |

"Well, I asked you... But I guess we'll just wander around." He said, looking back at her. "And why are you trailing behind, get, up here!" He said, smiling so she wouldn't think he was yelling at her. |

Eyrin nodded obediently, hurrying to his side. The markets were big, and colourful. They'd been quite daunting at first to Eyrin, who had only seen trees and small white houses most of her life. 'Okay....' she said. Lead, and I shall follow... |

It's as if she's changed the moment she stepped outside. She starts being like a small, obedient child. He started walking, eyeing the weapon stalls for a moment before turning to Eryi and asking "What's wrong?" She seemed so... Nervous. |

'Wrong?' she asked, blankly. 'Nothing is wrong... Is anything wrong? I dont think anything is wrong... but I'm sure you'd know better... than... I would.' Things being wrong were bad, Eyrin lived in fear of doing something wrong. Wrong hurt. |

"Uhhh, nooo. I think you would, considering it's you that started acting strange the moment we went outside." his head cocking to a side gradualy as he said it, "Like that, for instance. Are you sure you're ok?" |

'I did?' Eyrin sighed. She was mucking this up big time, any minute now, he was going to get sick of her, and walk away. But what on earth was she supposed to do? 'I'm fine.' she said, looking him bravely in the eye. 'Just... not used to this.' |

Not used to this... alright, this had to have something to do with the whole master thing. After all, she was from back in the forests. Gods know what they did to her... "Righty-o." He decided not to pursue the subject. As they walked along, SumoSniper's eye caught the glint of metal in the sun, and instantly stopped dead, turning his head to look... At the most beautiful display of weaponry he had ever seen. It even outstripped the tight little weapon store they had back at his guild. They had EVERYTHING here. He started to get exited, like a small child in one of 'ice-cream' stalls the water mages ran. He walked in, his eyes scanning over the lovingly crafted handles of each crossbow, the strong Morgan-steel blades of each sword, the large, looming figures of the oranate warhammers hung up on the walls. This was the stuff of his dreams. He browsed around, looking particualrly closly at the different weighted crossbow arrows. He needed some better ones, he was running low, and he only had the ones he had forged himself from the remains of an axe, speaking of while, many were on a rack in the middle of the store. If he had any less self control, he would be drooling. "Who knew this place would have such a damn good store?" He said, wondering if Eryi was actaully near enough to hear him over the mumblings of large, burly warrior types, scanning the hammers. |

Weapon stall. They had pointy things in there. Eek. Big, nasty, pointy, shiny.... shiny dagger... her eyes lit up. Eyrin didn't like pokers, and crossbows and hammers, but she loved shiny daggers. They were shiny, and sharp... and perdy... Her eyes lit up with little sparkles, and she went to beyhold the daggers, and other shiny little weapons she could hide easily... |

SumoSniper didn't know where to start... He was at least proficient in most weapons and could spend weeks rifling through the racks of weapons. He flicked some nice throwing stars into the dartboard provided, hitting both in the center. He plucked the out and put them back, and as he turned to look at the impressive display of daggers, found Eryin eagerly eying them. Well, that was unexpected so far he wouldn't have thought she would take a fancy to weapons, although he general distance from the rest of the weapons suggested she only liked the daggers, which, he had to admit, were very impressive, although of no use to him, since he had his own custom built pair. "Like what you see?" He asked her, grinning. |

Eyri nodded, running her finger along the handle of a particularly shiny dagger. 'I like shiny things.' she admitted softly, even though she knew that the workmanship on these was not a patch on her own, these she could see were liable to break, but they were oh-so shiny. 'Especially daggers,' Eyrin sighed. She didn't feel safe without her daggers. |

"Heh, those hammers are shiny too!" He said, pointing to the badly-supported things wobbling behind him. "But yes, daggers are the more useful of weapons." He said, drawing his own, inspecting the differences between his, and those on the table. Definatly better, his were. "Excuse me while I restock." He said, going quickly to buy a couple of throwing spikes and stars, plenty of good quality bolts, and some nice weighted knuckle gloves. "Done. You want anything?" |

Eyrin shook her head. Was this what was called common ground? Weapons? They both liked daggers... there was an unexpected turn. She sighed, loosening up a little more. The sorceress was determined to make a shot of this. Her past was not going to wreck her future, if she could help it. |

"Alrighty then, lets move through." He smiled and started walking. It just now occured to him that he had just bought something. HE WAS SHOPPING, even if it was weapons. He was detirmined never to make that mistake again. |
