Tanis appeared 10m in the air and fell to the ground. His magic was too hard to control when drunk, especially when trying to get from the Drinkin' place to Morganheith. He had been aiming for Huon Sholder Fort.

"Oww my head" He said, not only had he hurt his head in the fall but the hangover had started to kick in. He looked around to try and figure where he was. He saw Huon in the distance and figured that this was Kackendor Mountains. He had another look around.

"But where the hells my bloody lava lake" He said wondering "Oww". He decided to leave it and start the walk home.

Xish: A severe looking woman rode up along the track, mounted on a tall war horse, coloured darkbrown with shaggy white socks. She crinkled up her nose, realising the pathetic figure was another mage. Since when had the country let such fiends run around the country with such free will. She circled her horse around in front of the odd man, the horse rearing a slight way of the ground.

She looked down her nose, glaring icily at the man "Watcher up to, half drunk in the middle of morg?" she sniffed haughtily.

Tanis looked up. Damn the pain.

"Hey your that one that fought Angel. And it's none of your business what I'm up to so leave me be" Tanis said continuing walking.

Xish: The woman trotted her horse haughtily infront of him, the horse prancing slightly. She parked it right in front of where he was walking. She looked disdainfully down at him once more. Her breastplate shone dully under the over cast light, giving the wolf emblazoned on the front and odd spark of life. She looked him up an downed disgustedly before speaking "Why would one so guarded divulge his name apon you," she sniffed, " 'n wot's yer business, I might have some for you,", her grey eye's sparkled maliciously.

Damn stupid commoners, they never speak down to a drunk how am i auppensed to understand that dribble.

"I have no clue what this guarded thing you speak of is" Tanis said looking up at her "My business is my own leave me be".

He started to walk around the horse.

Xish rolled her eye's in exasperation, how drunk was he? She decided to speak more simply, she fished a a pouch with a considerable amount of money from her rucksack, it clinked slightly and was obviously quite heavy. "I'll leave ye to yore business if ye wish," she shrugged, her eye's continuing to sparkle with malicious intent, "But I could lend you my business, possibly more beneficial than your own," she grinned and jerked the pouch of money, making it clink together to emphasise her words.

Tanis didn't even bother looking at the money.

"I don't need it, and what possible job could I do for you, you don't know me how do you know that I could do it" Tanis said waddling on.

Xish shrugged, not perturbed in the slightest "Thunder mage, I'm a which sniffer, I have plenty of connections. You could help me, I could pull some strings, get you in an advantageous position with the Quievere government, or," she paused for effect "You can deny me, and I can have every army, civilian and streetrat after," She held up a finger, guesturing him not to speak "Eventually, you will be overwhelmed," she looked at him levelly, her features expressing nothing, waiting for an answer.

Tanis' eyes widened in horror for a second but he hid it well enough so that no-one could notice. He quickly took hold of his senses.

"Why would they believe you and what stops me from killing you now" Tanis said "But I have already gotten into enough fights today so I will at least hear you out, and what is this position in Quivere and what use would it do me" he asked trying to hide any interest that he had.

Tink, clinging tightly to Chiros' father's neck, dared to open her eyes. Below her, she could see Morganheith in the distance.
"Oh, no." she muttered, her words drowned out by the flapping of giant wings.
Spotting a small cluster of trees, the dragons began their descent. Tink closed her eyes again.

The dragon didn't land...Instead, he hovered just above the ground. Tink took the hint and began to climb of. Chiros flapped to her side, squeaking happily. After all, Tink had gotten along well with his parents.

She fell to the ground, landing on her back with a soft thump. Sitting up, rubbing her eyes and then her shoulder, she looked around. Nearby, she saw two figures, one standing on the ground, the other sitting on a horse.

"Oh dear..." she said, as Chiros' parent's flew away.

Tanis turned to see Tink climb off a dragon, one of his dragons in fact. Odd though he had just been wondering what would happen with hi and Tink if he had a pitchfork army after him. He walked over to her and looked at the dragons, then realised they were Chiros' parents.

"Tink what are you doing here, are how did you control them" Tanis asked, totally forgetting the threat of the magic hunter.

"Huh?" Tink asked, still a little dazed. "Oh...Hi Tannie."
She pointed vaguely at Chiros. "Um...He kind of howled, or something, and I followed him and then those two big dragons, his parents, came and looked at me, and his father let me climb on his back and they flew us here."
She took a breath. "So I didn't actually control them. Who's that on the horse?" she asked.

Tanis gave her a hand up, then looked over at Xish.

"I don't know her name, but she wants me to do something or she'll get the whole of Quivere after me. She can sense my magic and yet those are powers of a mage, how could she turn on her own kind" Tanis said anger welling inside him. He turned back to Tink.

"If you want to go back, I can't help you, my teleporting is way off thanks to the alchohol, but I could call those dragons back" Tanis said

"Oh, don't worry, the whole of Quievere's already after me." Tink said jokingly. "What does she want you to do?" she asked.
Chiros flapped up onto Tink's good shoulder, and smoked, "T A N N I E!!"
Tink grinned. "Me and Ekki were teaching him to spell." she explained. "Chiros will call the dragons back, won't you?"
Chiros nodded, and opened his mouth.
"Not in my ear!" Tink said loudly, brushing him off. "It was bad enough before!"
Chiros looked up at her guiltily.
"Well, good luck Tannie." Tink said, clapping him on the back. "I think I should go now."
She blocked her ears as Chiros called his parents again.

Tanis looked at the smoke name, now that was cool.

"Goodbye Tink" he said, womdering slightly what thew hell was going on with the coming and going so quickly. He didn't bother to cover his ears when Chiros called because he was used to it, but since he had a hangover it hurt something shocking.
