Grey Seer Spell Selection: Rolling Doubles (Please Read)

In the section of the army book under selecting spells it says that if you roll doubles you have to roll again. Does this mean Skaven do not get to choose a spell if a double is rolled?

example. Grey Seer rolls four dice in Ruin and rolls a 3, 4, 6, and a 6. So he would get Cracks Call, Death Frenzy, Howling Warp Gale automatically with the option of replacing any of the aforementioned spells for either Dreaded 13 OR Skitterleap. In other army books because double 6's were rolled you would keep whatever the #6 spell was that you rolled and pick freely from your lower another spell. My question is what do i do for the 4th spell? Do I roll it per the armybook circa a billion years ago, or is/was there an FAQ that standardized rolling of doubles during spell generation to result in free selection of one spell?

I play Empire and Orcs so I am getting rules mixed up in my head.

Thanks!

From the skaven FaQ : Page 78 – Skaven Magic, introductory paragraph.
Ignore the second sentence.

So skaven follow the same rules for rolling up spells as everybody else :)

The Skaven FAQ is 9 pages long, so it covers a lot
Link to FAQ v1.7

But all of it taken together, Spell selection should flow like this:

1) Pick a Wizard
2) Roll on the Appropriate spell table.
3) Keep the spells you don't have in your army yet
4) Select a spell from the list for any doubles, or previously rolled spells.
5) Replace one spell for a signature spell, if desired.
6) Repeat until you are out of Wizards.
