Every time a new competition rolls around, there are people with suitable pieces who don't enter because they're not eligible: they've already posted their works online! This thread is designed to provide an outlet for people to show their works outside of competition, but in parallel to it. These models cannot receive votes or win prizes, but they can provide inspiration to the competitors, and to all who see them. Best of all, you don't have to send them to a Council member and wait for them to be posted anonymously: you can put them up here in this thread, as soon as you're ready to.

The theme for the January-February 2013 competition is Weapon Team Work.

That's quite an inventive use of the Doomwheel guy.
My main comment would be a slight lack in coherence, both in the difference in sculpting style between the two skaven, and the periscope marker, which is a cool idea as well, but I can't find it anywhere on the model itself.
Your paintjob does a decent job tying them together, though.

Here are Krajji's weapon teams;

The path to Krajji's Lair is full of misleading signs, usually leading to sand pits or to zombie dragon's territory (remember kids! we live in the Dark Lands!). It is also guarded by weapon teams such as this poisoned wind mortar. The little K' Symbol is the rune for Krajji :)

I appreciate the comments! I didn't think the difference in sculpting styles would matter much once I painted them in a similar paint scheme. During the actual conversion I was concerned but now it doesn't bother me as much. Also my whole Skaven army/collection is a bit of a mishmash of vintage and current models like my clanrat and slave units so the warpgrinder in a way reinforces (or not depending on your personal taste) that. As for the periscope not being on the model itself, it was a small detail that I was willing to overlook. Plus I only had the one periscope bit. :) Maybe if I happen to find another periscope bit I might consider adding one on. Then again, I've only used the warpgrinder once so...
