Size wise, how would it fit if you cut it here, and mounted it here? I think saving that face thing on the engine would be awesome.

You guys are either prompting me to something awesome or a very expensive mistake!
@bounty chees for the huge effort in making those photo's, however what I want is for one side of the machine to have flesh clinging to it, to try and blend the two models together, unfortunately this means that the face will be lost

I'll have a go today if I have enough time :p

Just know I'm watching this closely because 'convert an Abomb' is 3 projects down on my list at the moment. Doing almost exactly this, though I'm using something other than the Ork Engine for the tail-end.

Fair enough ;) I will get some detailed and well shot pictures up when it's done :)

Just my personal idea... what if you cut just a little deeper in, somewhere between the current end and where Bounty suggested, maybe just behind those stitches near the socket for the first mini feet? ATM it seems extended too far back, and there's all this skinny floppy body between the two main sections.

Also, is there any place where you can fit some of the Abom's original tech stuff, like the barrel with the chimney? It might help make the rear end less 40K-ish.

Another update. I have two chain saw arms left, one mounted on the model, I'm thinking a second would be a bit much....

All these are pre green stuff phase :)
@scrivener: thats my thoughts too! But it will be hard to integrate

It looks great! I see you've merged them quite seamlessly. The left front leg is tech from what i can make out? It does remove that "front half/back half" disjointedness that was my worry. Good job!

Yeah I tried to blend it a bit, hopefully when the chainsaw is added it will also make the model looks like one rather than two. I'm still not sure what to do for the two left arms I have a drill arm or two chainsaw arms as well as the original hell put arms....

Thanks for your feedback!

There is no such thing, as free warpstone
Well here's something awsome! (bit blurry though)
I love how from the front it looks like one side robot, one side flesh!

Here's something to think: how would a skyre engineer have joined flesh and metal? stiches? warpstone magic? nails? (shudder).....
I am ALWAYS right and when I'm not right the truth is AMENDED so that I BECOME right.

Wow I love it! He looks so techy and creepy. Much more disturbing than the original abomination. :D
