Is WYSIWYG in the Rules?

So I've been listening to debates about percentages, and the IoB warlord, and all the while looking for a reference to WYSIWYG in the BRB. I can't find it. I'm beginning to suspect that it doesn't exist in 8th at the very least, and may have always been a carry over from 40K.

Can anyone give a page number for What You See Is What You Get, WYSIWYG, Modeling Weapons on Models, etc?

I could be wrong but did you read the blurb at the beginning before the actual rules start? I may have dreamt it.

I believe we don't have WYSIWYG in fantasy, however, much clubs and tournaments require WYSIWYG.
FOR THE GLORY OF THE HORNED RAT OF COURSE!

The only reference I've been able to find about modeling is
"BRB_pg 88"

It is acceptable for unit to include a minority of models that are differently armed for the sake of a varied and interesting appearance, but the unit sitll counts as being armed as the majority. Where models are varied in the way, it is important that the overall appearance of the unit is not misleading.
The front section has like 5 references to only using Citidel models in your army, but the only time it mentions equiping them in any way is to point out that the Ork army on page ix has "specially converted monsters". Not being an orky player I couldn't tell you which they were, but I do think I see a pair of Unit Fillers in the front Night Goblins units.
