I love Army Builder myself, and find that it makes preparing lists much more enjoyable. I wouldn't want to be without it. Plus, maybe it's because I taught database development and application design, and have seen way too many bad database apps, but I feel that Army Builder, objectively speaking, is really good: it's clean, fast, well-implemented, and at this point pretty much entirely bug-free. |

again, go look up "wineskin" on google its a program that creates "wraps" for windows programs so they can be run on mac OS wraps are basically an application program that creates the imaginary drive C for a windows emulator to read from, then when read through the emulator the EXE files can be read. allowing army builder (and just about anything for that matter) to be done on a mac. I got deadspace to work on my Imac in this way. |

I could partition my drive and make a Windows sector to run it too, or just use my current VM machine. Or run it on any one of my 4 current boxes that have a windows build. But I want the company that makes the product to actually produce a Mac version. It's no so much about getting to run, it's about the company following through on their promises. |

Been part of the effort of making a free open-source army roster creation program for a few years. Mainly as datafile author. WarFoundry http://warfoundry.co.uk/ works on all major platforms It's not all there yet most of the basics are in, but then again it's free and open source. And doesn't require yearly activation... |
