3k Skrolk idea, does this pack enough punch?

Wanted to unlock Monks as core, im trying to see if this list will do well based on experience with anyone on here, just was up late and felt creative here goes...

now this could be tweaked to be far more effective but this is what i could come up with to get monks into my core, although i may consider changing it up..ive only played a few games with skaven, simly because i hate playing with unpainted models, this list essentially just crafting an idea around Skrolk but keeping it a little more competetive, might just say to hell with the clanrats and slaves and add another monk unit and use excess points to beef up the unit size

Edited a little bit. lost numbers but threw in 2 furnaces to go with the 40 man units, and added the plague banner to give a little more punch to the non-furnace units, slaves for the extra bodies and tarpitting/screening, some standard skaven stuff, and i reduced the monk from lvl 2 to 1 considering i have 3 casters all only cabable of taking spells from the same lore, so no overkill there and needed a scroll so took one..at 3k this thing wll probably get rolled but it feels like it would be interesting but a gamble against specific opponents

2nd list is viable and looks like a lot of fun. PCB are not needed to make a successful plague list.

I'd actually make the furnace units 35 and the other one 40. With the furnace you can still fill up some ranks. The other one will have to contain your BSB since none pestilens chars can't join a unit with a furnace, and you'll want them to get in combat(especially with a plague banner) and do some damage, maybe even breaking through steadfast stuff with all those attacks and a plague banner.

I agree with math PCB's aren't needed but can be a very fun unit to play with. Same for the PCC actually.
