that article makes me feel soooo much better. Glad the turn order isn't changing lol
It never was going to.
Only a fool of a tuck would believe it was!
GW likes to change things around but we have NEVER seen the turn sequence changed.
Incorrect. They changed it in 3rd.

They also changed it in Fantasy.

According to what I've been reading the change was in 3rd, so you'd have needed to play second to notice it.

The downside to being a wealth of technical data and less than 6 months experience, I know way more than I should, and can't do a damn thing of value with it. :)

Hey look! I'm a Toylock!!

haha I wish they did a program to purge old editions going to be too many old rules floating around in my head if they carry on with the re-releases. I just hope that this edition of 40k is better than the last 2 I might take my models out of the case then.

i'm sure people would be saying the same thing if this were second edition, with it's modifiers and 2d6 armor saves switching to 3rd edition, with AP values and such. i miss the days of terminators have a 2+ sv on 2d6 and lascannons being -7 to that save...

pretty sure people also said the same thing about random charges in the new warhammer book.

The difference is that adding the random move does not favour anyone specifically as other changes do.
It's not like they added random move to just a few it happened to everyone.
And in the old edition the move rules where stale you knew if you where in charge range or not through the years of experience playing the game.

I still have the old dice for the heavy bolter that go 1/2/3/Jam

I heard there are new rules in which you buy an actual Titan bodysuit from Forge World which costs £10,000. You wear it as you stomp around the battlefield kicking the other players miniatures over and shouting "Raa I am a Titan!" The only way the opposing player can counter this attack is buying a more expensive body suit and shouting "Raa I am a more expensive Titan!".

GW confirmed the leak was a leak, but a very old leak that looks nothing like the book, and you're all going to be very disappointed if you take those fun, playable rules and start using them before our repetitive rehash of 5th edition is released.

Chaos Marines are definately in 6th ed starter, opponent is most likely Dark Angels. There are cultists in the starter box, so that means a new codex is expected VERY soon.

Then GW pulled thier painting tutorials and switched out thier paint line, and all the rumor seagulls flocked after that fish yelling "MINE MINE MINE!"

I expect a lot of 6th ed info after the paint lines drop next month.

CULTISTS! I love cultists! The old models were OK but I really like their fluff. You have a source for this dude? I want it to be true.

The one and only.
So the starter set is going to be Space Marines VS Evil Space Marines... ^o)

They should have called it 40k Space Marines instead of Warhammer 40k.

I think one of the other rumours is Black Templars and Tau (Finally!) coming soon too, either as the transitory codices or first 6th Ed ones.
