Looks nice enough.
I only wonder if 19 stormvermin will be able to make a stand. I know you dont want them in combat, since they are bsb. But if they take one shot with 3 casualties from your opponent, they'll have to take a panic test.
I would drop the Rat ogre team and use their points to increase the number of stormvermin.

Also. This may just be me, but i see little reason to give stormvermin a shield. But then again...thats just me.

Not to bad but as a bunker unit you should get rid of the Vermin and switch to clans if you do you will have more models and they really should not be in combat. Definitely do not need the 3 packmasters in rat ogres and I would, at this low points, not even take the rat ogres as stated before. If you want some fun you could take 20+ giant rats with Skreel and an extra packmaster instead. Or after dropping the Vermin to clans and dropping the ogres you could field two units of 30 Plague Monks instead of one unit of 35. If you can find the point giving the HPA spikes would be smart as well.

You need a real general, and the Plague Priest will not do, given that he has Leadership 6, with only two wounds, no saves of any kind, and is going to spend much of his time in combat since he's with the Plague Furnace. A Grey Seer general, by contrast, can be kept in a bunker at the back out of harm's way, plus he has Leadership 7. A Warlord general also has Ld 7, and, though he'll spend his time in combat, he will be much more likely to survive, since he comes with Heavy Armour, and can take great magical protection (my favorite being Warpstone Armour). A Plague Priest general on a Plague Furnace, however, is likely to be a disaster.

Aside from that, you have too few models, and the units you have will not hold up. I'd be happy for you to prove me wrong, but I'd guess that this will not prove to be a strong list.
