I was just thinking of this, but I want to make sure.

The Dreaded 13th Spell is not actually part of either Skaven Lore, so if a caster gains the Loremaster ability during play (such as from the Wizard's Tower) he doesn't learn it, right?

I would say no. You would only have it if you had already traded another spell for it at the beginning of the game with your seer. However, being a loremaster of plague and ruin at the same time is nothing to scoff at.

No, just no. It's not like 'lore of the grey seers' (would be awesome tough) It's a spell
FOR THE GLORY OF THE HORNED RAT OF COURSE!

At WHDoubles back in the spring it was played as Wizards Towers gave you access to both Plague and Ruin, but you had to specifically swap one of the spells you rolled for 13th if you wanted to use it in a game.

Which was rather amusing :)

Edit: It should be pointed out that the Wizards Tower doesn't actually give you the loremaster rule (which usually applies to a single lore), it just says that the wizard knows all spells from his chosen lore(s)... Kairos would be upsetting near a wizard's tower!
