I'm currently in a battle where I have a small unit of Skavenslaves in battle with some Empire Great Swords. The likely outcome is that the slaves are going to break at the end of this combat, and activate Cornered Rats. They are RIGHT next to a wall, which has a regiment of Wood Elf Dryads on the other side of the wall - well within a potential D6". If the rats explode, will the dryads get hit? DDDDDD ----------- SSSSGG SSSSGG SSSSGG SSSSGG D = Dryad S = Skaven G = Great Swords - = Wall If it matters, the wall is decently tall. Thanks. |

I don't think there is a specific ruling on cornered rats and walls. If I were playing it, I would say that the d6" would stand. However, if the wall was big enough to deter the cornered rats in fluff terms, I could be easily talked out of it. I let the battle field take an active roll in the battle. (even tho it may not be "in the rules", it just seems more fun) |
