I'm on board with the cannon shot hitting all points on the bell/furnace unit. It's only fair and is clearly covered by page 9. |

Hi All, I just posted a reply to this problem in the screaming bell is looking good topic. I just called GW a couple of hours ago and they told me that a template (cannoball) does indeed unfortunately hit both. The skaven rule book is out of date and there are lots of examples of things that "don't take precedence". I wish it wasn't true. I've sent an email to GW asking them to confirm this in writing. I'll post it when I get it. I have enjoyed reading all the various arguments on this issue |

You just responded to a thread that has been dead for almost a year (just 1 day shy of being a full year since the previous response). Please don't respond to topics that haven't been active in the recent months. This topic has been discussed many times and per the BRB: templates do indeed hit all portions of a multipart models (not just ridden monsters). There is no need to randomize a hit from a template (unless you're trying to find the centerhole for a stone thrower). Read the entirety of the paragraph at the bottom of page 9, left column. --Cap Edited by CapAmr05, 23rd September 2011 - 12:09 AM.

It's a damn shame. This thread only had one day left until retirement. |
