Hello, I have recently finished my painting and constructing my doomwheel. Some of the gluing went wrong and I accidentally put one of the pieces in the wrong spot so I had to change it.

C&C Welcome

Looks good, you can actually see your warlock, unlike the one following the instructions. Those cogs are a pain, I had to break mine apart before the glue dried to get everything in the right spot.

I had a similar discussion about this with the guys at my local GW. Basically, before I started painting stuff I asked whether warpstone could be painted different colours, my reasoning was thus: warpstone is condensed magic and there are eight winds (colours) of magic. Since skaven tend to refine warpstone before they use it, would it be possible to extract warpstone containing only the essences of one or two of the winds, making it a different colour, (e.g. red for Aqshy, blue for Azyr).

Mind you, after this I still painted it the standard green colour :P

Anyway, I don't mind it; it's your mini, paint it how you want as long as it's tasteful :P

Oh, and good work!
