Sorry, can't answer that one. But I have another. Does the bonebreaker count as a monster if the warlord is killed? In other words, does it take a monster reaction check and get kicked out of any unit it was in? |

I want to say yes because it follows the rules for monsters as stated in pg. 39 of Skaven army book. But then again if it did follow the monster rules it would be US4 and not 3 as the FAQ says. |

Seems like that's exactly what's up. You still need to hit the same side of the unit you start at (so you can't roll into the enemy units flank when you started in front of it.) Enemy gets his normal reaction options if you roll into them. |

So what you should do is 1.roll the move of the doomwheel 2. measure for charge range and if it has the range to charge then your opponent can declare his charge reaction. Then resolve charge reaction, then move doomwheel. If the doomwheel has enough move to catch a unit who fled from the charge then it rolls them over as pursuit. |

two questions... If i have a WFT in with a parent unit and the parent unit is charged, can I quick react and hit the charging unit? also should my WFT be behind the parent unit and the parent unit be wiped out, the over run of the attacker being brought into contact with my WFT can that Illicit a Quick reaction? finally My units were set up in a weird way with my Parent unti on a 45 degree angle and my WFT beside them at a 90 angle. my parent unti was charged, but for him to close the door would bring him in contact with my WFT. Do I have to oblige him and clsoe the door? |

For the first question, no. We are no Empire with detachements. You buy the WFT thrower with the unit but once you deploy it it is treated as a single seperate unit. About the second question, no again. When a unit overruns into a new unit that new unit is not allowed a charge reaction besides Hold. For the last question, the charging unit should have moved otherwise. Closing the door only so that the WFT wasn't hit by it. This means that fewer models would be in combat but it is the only legal way for the charging unit to complete it's charge move. |
