if you equip a warlord with rat hounds and cast death frenzy on him do they benefit from the +2 attacks? if so... Warlord with 20 rat hounds mounted on Rat Ogre Bonebreaker with an additional hand weapon. Thats a basic of 30 attacks (20 at WS 3, 5 at WS 6 and 5 at WS 4) Adding death frenzy brings it up to 90 attacks. Then put the warlord into a unit of clanrats with spears and a five front thats 120 attacks. Even If death Frenzy doesnt affect Rat hounds thats a respectable 60 attacks. Im not sure if thats worth running the risk of hits inflicted on the warlord mind.... |

I imagine they would be randomised between the Rat Ogre and the Warlord as it causes D6 automatic wounds on the unit. As far as I know the rat hounds can't be killed or targetted and would therefore be ignored for the purposes of hit allocation. As for whether they benefit, my initial thought would be that they don't get frenzied as they just make an additional attack but aren't part of the unit in terms of models/unit strength etc. Personally I'd like to try a death frenzied unit with Deathmaster Snikch in - 8 attacks from him per turn, yes please. |

Its a monster mount there for it would take wounds as shooting. So 5/6 lord 1-4 rat ogre. |
