Here’s my 2250pts army, which I’ll hopefully be taking to face some vampires on Sunday. I’d appreciate any thoughts or feedback you have. Model-wise I have roughly 10 spare slave models, a Verminlord/Warplightning cannon, 3 rat-ogres, 2 pack-masters and multiple rats (there’s a variety of rats on the doomwheel sprue and others). 215pts - Warrenshredder Glitterfang, Warlord: Warlitter, Warlock augmented weapon, Shield of Distraction, Skalm 150pts - Warlock Engineer: Lv 2 wizard, Doom Rocket, Warp-Energy condensor 165pts - Warlock Engineer: Lv 2 wizard, Warpmusket, Dispell scroll, Dispell scroll 185pts - Plague Priest: Lv 2 wizard, Warp forged blade 161.5pts - 21x Clanrats: Shields, Musician, Standard Bearer, Doom-flayer Lead by the warlord. 120pts - 24x Clanrats: Shields, Musician, Standard Bearer Joined by Doom-rocket Warlock 52pts - 25x Skavenslaves: Musician 52pts - 25x Skavenslaves: Musician 214pts - 22x Night runners: Warp-grinder Either place the tunnel near warmachines, or in the middle of the battlefield to worry opponents... 75pts - 17x Giant rats, 3x Packmasters 75pts - 17x Giant rats, 3x Packmasters 190pts - 20x Plague monks: Musician, Standard bearer, Bringer-of-the-word, Banner of the Underempire My hammer unit, with the banner to help ward off dem poncy ‘elves with their ASF. Will house the plague priest for a 7x3 unit. 100pts - 5 Jezzails Scroll-‘lock joins this unit to add to the fusillade. Jezzails provide some ablative wounds. Expensive wounds admittedly, but they come with a 4+ save. 109pts - 6 Plague Censor Bearers: Plague chanter 235pts - Hell Pit Abomination 150pts - Doomwheel Rollin’ rollin’ rolling’, keep those 2248.5pts - 194 Models Suggestions would be appreciated! It’s meant to be a fairly friendly list so if there’s something in there that looks horribly broken please let me know! -Skitter |

I really like this list. its very well thought through. for me I would break the rat packs up, but thats just me. the slave regiments are kind of big, and there is an odd number of night runners. just some minor tweaks is all |
| I had a cool picture but I lost it. | |

Well as much as I like the 2250pts list my opponent just contacted me to ask for a points increase. He’s had his girlfriend undercoating models and he’d like to field some new toys at 2500pts. Can I ask people to re-rate the list and come up with any suggestions? 215pts Warrenshredder Glitterfang, Warlord: Warlitter, Warlock augmented weapon, Shield of Distraction, Skalm 150pts Zzapf, Warlock Engineer: Lv 2 wizard, Doom Rocket, Warp-Energy condensor 165pts Gristlestump, Warlock Engineer: Lv 2 wizard, Warpmusket, Dispell scroll, Dispell scroll 185pts Prophet, Plague Priest: Lv 2 wizard, Warp forged blade 161.5pts 21x Clanrats: Shields, Musician, Standard Bearer, Doom-flayer 175pts 24x Clanrats: Shields, Musician, Standard Bearer, Ratling gun 52pts 25x Skavenslaves: Musician 52pts 25x Skavenslaves: Musician 214pts 22x Night runners: Warp-grinder 75pts 17x Giant rats, 3x Packmasters 75 pts 17x Giant rats, 3x Packmasters 190pts 20x Plague monks: Musician, Standard bearer, Bringer-of-the-word, Banner of the Underempire 176pts 4x Rat Ogres, 2 Packmasters 100 pts 5 Jezzails 128 pts 8 Plague Censor Bearers 235 pts 1 Hell Pit Abomination 150 pts 1 Doomwheel 2498.5 pts 204 Models One, among many, things I’m pondering is the weapons I’ve given the plague priest and warlord. For instance, should I swap the warp forged blade for the blade of corruption? Also: what about tooling a warlock up with an augmented weapon and possibly warpstone armour for combat? I’d be advancing with the clanrats and he’d provide a little extra bite to the unit. Do I want to keep the rocket/condenser far away and hope I’m in range or stick them in a unit and shove them into my opponents face? So many choices... -Skitter |
