i thought one of the worst things was when it stated there was nothing against putting more than 1 furance and plague preist into a unit... can you imagine 2 or even 3 furances with 3 priests... lol... MR 6 thankyou.... unbreakable with 3 level 2 mages... it would have a ridiculously huge unit strength and do heaps of wounds... lol... then you could put all of the monks behind the furances gain the rank bonus and never have to deal with someone killing your soft monks at the front  curse you games workshop.... tree redding wot you right beefore youse putt it on the maket... not only that but later saying a character cannot join an unbreakable unit then saying the bell and furnace are not unbreakable... and also preists are not unbreakable so how do they join it in the first place... wtf???? did they really have to write it so confusingly. |

That was my favorite... I mean, really, you must either try to TOTALLY abuse the rules, or be totally stupid not to understand that it's any test based on the Ld characteristic... And I mean, there's just so many question that are at that level... sigh Some warhammer players are SO dissapointing... |

Yes, but it'd be decidedly Skavenlike to do it! Some insane Warlord carting around a mass of giant rats... Sure, they'd eat him alive the first chance they'd get, but they'd eat a few other things alive too. "Totally Worth it!" |

Magic Resistance doesn't stack AFAIK. As to the talk about 20 rat-hounds, I'd rather take 20 tail weapons... "Who's that?" "It's Shirifig the Eternally Standing."

Daniel cannot possibly exist in a dimensional state. Recent studies show that people who have attempted to comprehend Daniel have either disappeared, died spontaneously, or driven themselves into a pertinent state of insanity and/or catatonia. <img src="http://www.heresy-online.net/daemons/adoptables/23041.gif" alt="Broken Adoptable Image" /><br><a href="http://www.heresy-online.net/daemons/levelup/23041-dark-whisper.htm" title="Level up this Daemon!">Level up Adoptable!</a> | |

I'd be looking at taking 10 tail-weapons and poisoning them all ![]() Its a shame that they didn't let you poison your rat hounds though. I think that Skaven will be the first army ever to get two army books released in the space of a couple of months. The new one will easily top the 112 pages of this book and will be titled "Skaven: The Seriously Frequently Asked Questions" I can't believe how many questions we've come up with considering how long it hasn't been out...Later! I have a question here.. Things like Poison Wind Globadiers and Gutter runners have the "Up to half of the XXX units in the army (rounded up) can have an attached team." This seems clear for 2 units (1), 3 units (2) and 4 units (2). But what about a single unit? Is it 0.5 rounded to 1 or the fact that half assumes you must have >1 ??? |

"Edit Room".... proof reading, spell checking etc.... oyi, yoi, yoi. Now, some of these questions posed are just plain ludicrous ( we ALL KNOW that warpstone tokens are single ( one use only, one at a time purchase ) items ingested by a mage to make use of an extra die. Although why you would ever use your points for one I have NO IDEA.... power stones are merely 5 points more & have less bad result baggage ( just the whole rolling ones for miscast ). PS also allow ( 2 ) PD to throw a spell.... WS Tokens are null & void. However, there are some legitimate concerns on rulings as well. The Plague furnace itself ( and its going to be a popular choise ) seems like a rules lawyering nightmare potentially...... |

And what about more than one poison? I mean, there is a spell that clarifies that if you already have a poison attack, you auto-wound with 5+ Could I buy more than once the poisoned weapon to auto-wound at 2+? If this happens but I just hit at 3+ (or 4+ or even 5+) do I wound but not successfully hit? Man, this book is amazing! |

The item you buy is acttually Warpstone TokenS, so you can fluffwise (!?) protect multi-use-abuse of it by telling your Grey seer bought a sack of em or something. |

the poison does not stack only the spell does that... there is a really stupid option though... because censors were so poorly written any plague priest on a furnace with a censor causes 15 of his monks AND THE FURNACE ITSELF to take a toughness test regardless of whether there in combat... WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!!!!!! i know it is stupid but you also know people are going to make you test for it every turn. sigh. |

Hullo, just checked a few of these definitely FAQ-worthy rules with my german Army Book. The few I've checked were written more clearly, which kinda irritates me. Usually the german ones are poorly translated and I end up getting my claws onto the english version... I'm gonna check if that's the case with more than just the first few uncertainties and might end up (reverse) translating this version. Of course that still wouldn't be a official FAQ but maybe some of you learned german once and can convince your enemy that you use the german AB "for practise" ![]() edit Just read something about "like in the german army book" somewhere. So you guys might already know that one. Well. Have to check some more (or someone tells me that you do have a list right here, featuring a nice link ^^) before I waste many an hour. |

Speaking of this, if the wound rebounds to the model that struck the blow doesn't it keep going until you fail a save? Or better yet what happens when one warlord armed with Warpstone Armor, hits another warlord with Warpstone armor. Dice-Off! Is that even addressed in the list they're proposing? Infinite loops ftw |

No it's not. Everyone knows what happens when you poison a rat. The rat dies. ![]() Although the doc-ock Warlord with poison does have a certain degree of delicious to it.
